WORST Business center ever… The owner Mrs. Robinson will rip you off and your money by making kids do the repetitions. They give 3 – 4 repetitions that’s worth 3 months each time they do that.
They need 60 days notice if you can’t let them know by 1st of every month. That means you end up paying 2 months of tuition if you let them know on the 2nd for no reason.
They never conduct tests and move the kids to the next level. If your child starts from Level A, he will be in Level A for the whole year doing repetitions. They say our kids are not ready for the next levels. This is bull shit. I will never send my kids here.
I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE NO TO GO TO THIS CENTER HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TONS OF PATIENCE AND MONEY TO TAKE THIS NONSENSE.

This is by far the worst business establishment I’ve ever encountered. The owner Mrs Robinson is only interested in running a business to feed her own ego. She has unqualified staff and when an issue is brought to her attention, her ego kicks in. In fact, instead of facing the problem when one of her employees was behaving inappropriately during a kumon session, she just brushed the issue under the rug and started stating how she is a Grandma and she would never put any child in harms way. Well by ignoring the problem she is doing exactly that. Needless to say, we pulled our child out. We have issued a formal complaint against her with corporate Kumon. This is a horrible center. Keep your children away.
