InfoRelay Online Systems, Inc.

InfoRelay is a colocation and data services company based out of the Herndon area. I’ve been hosting my site (full rack) with them for several years now, and have nothing but praise for the company. Support? Ultra responsive. Sometimes within minutes of opening a ticket even for a general question. Up-​time? Stable, unquestionably reliable. Our bandwidth never has hiccups, interruptions or the dreaded «Hey, it’s 3:00pm, how about some random packetloss?» phenomenon.
The company, while small, really strives to go above and beyond to make its customers happy and work with them. Every person I’ve worked with, talked to, discussed tech with has been knowledgeable and willing to talk shop. And not just to make a sale, but because they genuinely enjoy it.
It’s hard to review a colocation company given the nature of the business, but InfoRelay is solid. Rock solid. If you’re looking for simple colocation or cloud based hosting give InfoRelay your consideration. I’ve been a happy customer since December 2009, and can’t recommend them enough.
