Bottomline: Great selection of quality cut meat, fish, & shellfish. Owner/​butcher Chris is friendly & knowledgeable. Give this place a visit before your next cookout.
If you love to BBQ like me then you know that grocery story meat doesn’t always cut it (try asking Kroger to remove the membrane off your rack of baby back, a confused look will follow). I usually make the run over t. Charlie’s Meat Market, so you can imagine my excitement when I found a place closer to home. Red Square has a fantastic selection of quality meats & didn’t hesitate one bit when I requested for the membrane to be pealed off my rack of baby backs. They were also more then happy to inform me that most of there meat locally purchased. Bonus: awesome selection of BBQ spices & rubs.
