I lived in this property for the better part of six years and only left because it was time to move to a bigger apartment. I can’t say more about the landlord/​staff.
If something broke, it was fixed within 24 hours. If there was too much noise in one of the other apartments (a rarity), the landlord spoke with them immediately and solved the problem.
When I moved in, the carpets were on their last legs. After about a year there, I asked the landlord i we could do anything about it. Within 2 weeks, they were installing wood floors in my living room. Can’t ask for more than that.
Sal the maintenance guy is out there every day, power washing the complex, making sure everything is neat and clean.
My hope is my new landlords are half as good as my old ones.
