Joe Smith the owner was rude, pompous and arrogant. He does not understand how to treat customers with respect nor how to deal with children who have disagreements. He singled out my daughter on two situations on hear-​say from other kids without any discipline or balance to address both sides of a story by children. My daughter is 4 and is African American and was singled out by Joe and his staff. I would recommend going someplace else to spend your money where the owner and staff are more customer focused and not rude.

Was a week late for birthday hearing about this place. It is awesome, get the ultimate and you don’t have to worry about how ofter kids do what. Staff is extremely friendly, food is affordable, the lazer tag is good even for little ones, nice rink, play area kept my 9 yo entertained for hours. 4 hours here and kids never got bored.

What a great place for a party! The staff was super efficient and so kind. They took into account every little detail that I wanted and made it happen. They set up and clean up. I highly recommend this place for a party!

HORRIBLE place. Takes complete advantage of being the only place available for skating. My daughter’s boots were stolen and the children who run the place did nothing to help. ALSO you have to wait out in the elements up to an HOUR to get in to the place. When you pay for three hours for a party and your guests are standing out in the snow or rain for upwards of an hour??? I will NEVER deal with this place again. Do yourself a favor and let the thieves and garbage that go there steal from one another instead of your ten year old little girl. HORRIBLE service, Complete lack of concern for patrons — SKIP this wasteland…

Great place to take the kids for an evening of fun or a birthday party. They have a nice size roller rink, rock climbing wall, laser tag arena, large fun play center, food and drinks, and plenty of games.
Decent pricing. Friendly and helpful staff. Pro shop with great prices on skates, inline’s, and accessories. Private parking.
