It was busy, and I get that. However once we were ordering, we had two different people take our order and we were asked three times «what can I get for you today» (or whatever their script is), point being, it wasn’t an issue in hearing.
Once they finally did get our four item order in, of course it’s a wait to the window, because it’s busy. Finally get to the window to THEN be told it’s a 12 minute wait. Normally waiting is fine. But it was the in consideration of not communicating that earlier.
I will give them another chance, but this time was showing how little they care for their customers.

Good looking newly reconstructed building.
While the chain is undergoing a complete overhaul that makes them look very nice. They have had this design in Europe for quite a while. Many TV’s, power stations for people with electronic devices and free wifi… yea!
This location has a staff that is currently doing a decent job. Fast food places typically have a pretty high turn over, so if the management keeps up the expectations from their staff, this location will remain to be better than the typical standards for this chain.
