Support local businesses! The good was really tasty. I had the bbq brisket sandwich with potato salad and baked beans. This little hidden gem is affordable and quick. More people should check this place out. I will definitely return again. I have uploaded a few pictures as well as the hours of operations. Enjoy!

Pulled pork is juicy and flavorful and the ribs were the best I’ve ever had. The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy and mild enough for me (although they go much hotter!) and even though the hickory smoked meats don’t need it, it’s so yummy you will want to go ahead and pour it on.
I feel like a fat kid going on and on about ribs and bbq as it’s really not my style, but this place has made me a believer.

This is hands down the best BBQ in the Hermitage /​Mt. Juliet area. The pulled pork is the juiciest I’ve found with great bark and flavor. This is a to-​go food truck with no dining area but this helps keep the prices very reasonable. A $ 6.00 jumbo pork sand which probably weighs in at close to ½ of meat. He makes his own sauces from mild to xx hot. Smoked sausage with the spicy mustard is highly recommended also. For $ 15 I can feed a family of four. Great stuff!
