I am so glad Carter’s is now in town. They always have great coupons and now I can use the Carters Cash that is only good in store. Their clothing sizes are true to size. Very good quality for the price. The staff at this particular location is extremely friendly. On multiple occasions they have split my selections into multiple orders for me to maximize my coupon savings. They have also offered help searching for sizes. A welcome addition to the Short Pump area!

I am so excited that Carter’s opened a store in Richmond. This is the best place to go for inexpensive cute baby clothes in my opinion. They always have coupons and are very affordable. Carters goes up to a size 6X but the clothes definitely seem geared towards preschoolers and under. Luckily, they also have an Osh Kosh store attached with bigger sizes.
On this occasion I bought my daughter a dress for an event she had coming up and matching shoes. The associate that helped us was nice and offered to sign us up for their frequent club card which you can do with just your phone # and e-​mail which works for me since I don’t want ANOTHER card in my purse. The store was also very clean and organized. Great addition to Short Pump shopping!
