I bought this cleanse on groupon, and the date I selected was over 2 months ago. Eventually they emailed me saying they had such a huge response from the groupon they were having trouble keeping up. They asked me to select a new date, which I did. They missed that one too. Extremely disappointed I wasted money on this awful scam of a company.

UPDATE: So after writing this review I emailed Groupon again and demanded my money back by Friday or I would report them and this business to the BBB and the FBI for fraud. And what do you know… two hours later I receive a notice from Groupon that my refund has been processed. They issued me a full refund of the $ 49 I paid for this Groupon. I’m happy that Groupon issued the refund, however I am still upset about TN Juice Bar not refunding my shipping and taxes. What a waste of martini money($ 16) I WILLNEVER, EVERRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOANYONE, NOTEVENMYWORSTENEMY!!! Just a horrible experience all together and from the looks of the pictures on here, no one else has had any good experiences either. P. S.TN Juice Bar will not respond to any emails either so you might as well forget about a refund of your shipping money. Ugh! I hate shady people! — — — — — — I bought a 3-day cleanse through Groupon and redeemed my Groupon on the company website on July 10th, paid taxes and shipping and still have not received my cleanse! I contacted them about it and they apologized and set another date for delivery, August 8th, and of course, the cleanse never came. I contacted Groupon about it and they too are giving me the run around saying that they’re looking into it. I asked for a refund and they offered me a Groupon credit. This place is ridiculous and so is Groupon for still having that juice cleanse available on their website. DONOTBUYTHISCLEANSETHROUGHGROUPON!!! You’ll waste your money and no one will help you reach a resolution or give you your money back!

Gamble on giving your money away. Same thing happened to me. I ordered through Groupon, it said free shipping, I get to website and t asks me to pay shipping fee. Before I paid, I got great customer service after I paid my money. No one answered calls nor emails and it stil says awaiting payment. Will have to get my money back. Nothing worst than waiting forever on something you anticipate and paid for.

Save yourself! I bought 2 orders from this place and nothing… no juice and no response to any of my calls or emails! This is fraud and the company should be shut down!
