This location was so friendly and adhering to my needs. The bill is lower and speeds are higher. I walked out of here with a reasonable bill and a new iPad for close to nothing out the door. The salespeople were not pushy and it was an overall fantastic experience.

If you’re looking for a certain phone this is not the store for you. We recently switched from Verizon to sprint(which was a nightmare in its self) and needed 5 phones. Issue #1 This store had 1 of the 5 phones. They had to be order the others. Issue #2 Once they arrived we went to get them and the one we had reserved had been sold. So technically they didn’t have them all. The manager did try to make up that with a free gift. We ended up going to an actual Sprint store to get the last phone. Issue #3 After a couple of days I wasn’t happy with my phone and wanted to swap. So I visit the store. Guess what? Didn’t have the phone I wanted. So I said I would just go to the actual Sprint store. Well the manager said I’d have to return the free gift if I did. «Really?» Issue #4 We was misinformed on several things. Like how much our 1st bill would be. Yea talk about a heart attack! 600 dollars. We had to fight with sprint to get our activation fees waived after the store swore they would be waived. All I have to say is that if you apply for the credit union account discount you better be prepared to give your 1st born child. It was ridiculous! Once they finally approved the discount application they would refund our activation fees(within the next 2 bills) of course. Plus getting the buyout for Verizon was a headache too. Plus you have to wait up to 3 months for that. So Merry Christmas to us. We now have $ 1300 in phone bills at Christmas time. So my personal opinion I would not step foot in that store. Take the time to go the Rivergate Sprint store.
