I had a plumbing incident at 12:30 a.m. I called a 24 hr plumber but they were no help. Got the water turned off, called my insurance and they directed me to Rainbow. Received a call back from them within 15 of hanging up with the call center. Despite being 2:15 a.m. Rick took my call, answered my questions and promised a crew within the hour. He called again to give me a status update. The team arrived as promised and immediately got to work drying the water, assessing the damage and working with my insurance. Jeff was amazing as were the rest of the crew. The team worked thru the day and continued to keep me informed every step of the way. One week after the flood, they were still there helping. I hope to never need there services again, but if I ever have an emergency, they will be the company I call.

Well I ended up putting what I thought was cold ashes into my trash can one Saturday afternoon. A fire broke out in my garage and the fire department came. The next day I called Rick from Rainbow International to come out and take a look. I was freaking out that my house would forever smell like smoke. Rick kept telling me not to worry because this is what they do. Rich worked with my insurance and had guys out cleaning up the mess the next day and doing repairs. I heard that once a house gets smoke damage that you can’t get the smell out. Well Rick guys (Jason and Jamie) did it. They did a fantastic job. Like it never even happened. Hopefully I never need their services again but if I do I will be calling them back. They showed up when they said they would and they completed all the work they said they would. Very pleased!
