Hands down best burrito place I’ve been too. I’ve had Moe’s, Neo, and Chipotle… Mary’s is so much better. The others do not compare. It is now my go to place for burritos and quesadillas. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this place. The price was cheaper than the other burrito places as well and the taste is so much better.

Tried Mary’s burritos today at the recommendation of my brother. And all I can say is wow I should’ve tried this election. Hands-down the best burrito I’ve had in the Hendersonville area. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers saying that the interior is lacking in décor but hey I’m there for the food not the view

Super soft Tortilla. Had jerk chicken which was very flavorful. Also had port burrito which was sweeter than expected. Chips and cheese were great. Excellent road trip stop and go that is a non-chain restaurant. Would recommend the detour off of 26 for this place.

One of my favorites. I love the burrito wraps. Nuthin but love for this place. The location on 191 is just as good.

Worth it! Don’t let the outer façade fool you– this place has true made tamales, fried plantains, humitas, real beans and cheese. There are a lot of foods on the menu that your average Mexican restaurant won’t offer. Very authentic.

Great food and friendly staff at both locations! Don’t miss the chicken burritos with every filling imaginable. Great salsa bar, too

So good! My new favorite place for Mexican food! The burritos are huge! It’s kind of like ordering at Moes because they have options of burritos or quesadillas, you choose your meat and watch as they create your meal in front of you. I usually get a steak or grilled chicken burrito but they also have fish. They also offer yuca, plantains, and pupusas which I have not seen anywhere else in Hendersonville. The burritos come with a side of chips and a small side if queso dip. They have a salsa bar as well. The owner is very friendly and he makes sure customers are happy. A lot of food for a good price. Now if they only served beer it would be perfect!

The five stars is for Mary’s delicious food. It easy to find something to suit different palates. Having lived in Southern California for many years, we are picky when it comes to Mexican flavors. This place does it right. Corn tortillas are made in house. Yum. It is obvious that the staff are passionate for their fresh flavors and food. The facility is clean but lacks atmosphere. Acceptable(but noisy) for counter service. They do use regular plates for in house meals. Everything we had was delicious. I recommend a soft taco with pineapple salsa and cilantro. Enjoy!

The food is just ok. Not memorable. The staff is friendly. The menu is pretty plain. A hot dog on a torta Cubana? Just bland. The atmosphere is lacking. I’m not sure what other people are getting that they really enjoy. I tried 3 dishes here. For a country that has food that has amazing spices and food that should have some heat to it I’m let down. Not worth the money.

Once again the burrito and Cuban Torta were outstanding! We have been unable to come in for a few weeks and were going through Mary’s withdrawals. All fixed now mmmmmm

Fresh and friendly, an amazing find in Hendersonville. Imagine eating at your Abuela’s with fresh ingredients, friendly service, and rib sticking good food. Away from downtown, it’d be easy to miss, but that would be a mistake. Had the jerk chicken and tofu burritos. Yum. The combo comes with chips and queso — worth it. And the salsas are creative(peanut butter), original(creamy chipotle), and tasty. Great burritos can be hard to come by, but not at Mary’s. Give it a try.

Pretty amazing. This is not your chipotle burrito. It’s way better. I asked for a tofu burrito, they warmed fresh tofu from the fridge, made my burrito with fresh ingredient and it’s great. Even the black beans — which I’d normally discourage eating — are fresh and great. You might almost miss this place — or say, «am I in the right place?» But it’s worth the stop.

Very fresh and delicious. Highly recommended especially for a quick healthy meal. and the beans didn’t taste like they came from a can.

This places is delicious! It’s quick and easy, you can pick what you want on your taco, and it’s so fresh and seasoned well! Friendly service. I had a fish and chicken taco, and after I was done I had to get another ! Love the place! Definitely my new spot!

This is a family owned counter service place. The ingredients are always fresh. The owner is always super friendly. I am pretty much a regular there. I always get some kind of burrito that comes with a generous amount of fresh chips. Try the pineapple salsa. Yummy!

I was a fan, but as many restaurants do, they started out with big portions and good prices only to dramatically decrease in portion and quality while increasing their prices. Now a family of 4 can’t get out of there for under $ 40. Being greedy isn’t good business. If you want to charge more, fine. But overcharging for smaller portions is just tacky. Mexican food is some of the cheapest, easiest food to do well. Two stars for always having fresh cilantro and spinach… even if you are incredibly stingy with it.

Our first night living in Hendersonville, we drove about 2 miles from our home and found a place called Mary’s Burritos. As I was driving, and I love Burritos, I turned into the parking area and my family got out and walked into the restaurant. The owners were cooking and their son was waiting on tables and working the register. We were welcomed by everyone. We walked up to the window to order. I started to order a Burrito but I noticed that they had Taco Salads that were huge. The owner told us that we could fill it with anything that was in front of us. That was my first time there. We are now regulars and we have only lived here a few months, but when I walk in I feel like Norm walking into the«Cheers Bar.» It is by far and away the friendliest and nicest staff I have ever met.
