Ultimate Tanning

My favorite place to tan in the Vegas Valley! I’ve been to countless other salons and this one by far has the best beds. They offer very reasonable prices and awesome specials that I always purchase my packages with. The staff is always so sweet as well.
If you’re looking for a place to tan in this area, definitely check it out!

Since they opened I’ve been coming here, the workers are always so nice, beds clean, bathroom available and clean. Waiting area is nice. They don’t freak out if you kids wait there for 20 minutes.
I just wish they had a loyalty program!

BEST tanning place in Vegas hands down! Beds are awesome, clean salon and the girls are all super sweet and helpful! Ive been to plenty of tanning salons in Vegas and their prices beat out anyone — and they carry the best beds –they’re STRONG and the spray tan machine is amazing — which I use all the time!!! Love this place!

I wanted to write a follow up review and add a star. I was offered a free month of level 4 tanning for the confusion. I did not have the time to tan in the month of October. However, I want to at least acknowledge that they made an effort to fix the problem. I will reconsider using Ulitmate again next season as long as they keep their prices the same.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My experience with ultimate tanning was an ultimate disappointment! I went in trying to get a tan for an upcoming wedding. There was a young girl chomping away on her mcdonalds as I walked in. I told her what I was trying to do and we discussed some options. I decided I’ll just do one month on a level 2 bed but just as I was about to pay I saw a sign about points. I asked her what the points meant. She told me one point equalled one minute in a bed. I asked her on which bed and she told me I could use any bed! I thought wow that sounds like an amazing deal and she told me that would would end up being cheaper so I said sign me up! I picked a bed for my first tan and she sent me off. I said wait how long should I do. And after a little talking we decided on 8 min in a high pressure bed. A couple days later I went back in and planned to use a level 2 bed. And again she tried to send me off and put me in for full time. I said oh no I’ll fry won’t i. She said no you’ll be fine. So I reluctantly did the full 12 minutes. By 7 minutes in i felt fried and got out to see that my back side was totally burnt!!! On my 3^rd visit it was a different girl. She told me I was out of minutes and I said no I shouldn’t be I’ve only used 20 minutes. Confused she told me points equalled dollars towards each bed. I said that was not was I was told and if I had been told that I would have just got the one month like I originally planned. I also told the girl that the first girl I dealt with burnt me in the level 2. She said for today pick whichever bed and she’d call the manager. On my way out she told me the manager would call or email me and we’d figure something out. I didn’t hear from the manager so 2 days after this happened I emailed her. She offered me one tan on a level 4. I said that was an acceptable solution as that wasn’t what I was told I was paying for and explained I was trying to tan for an event. I asked for 5 tans on any level and felt as though that would at least be close to what I thought I had purchased. She responded saying they would not do that and could give me the next 4 days on a level 2. She then proceeded to tell me the employee never told me points equalled minutes and that I insisted on going 12 minutes even though she suggested 6. So not only do I feel robbed I’ve now been told I’m lying. This place is a joke!!! Service is terrible and the salon is nothing special. I will never be going back and have told everyone I know how terrible it is!

I love this salon! I’m always greeted with a smile and the place is immaculate. Very nice staff and a great selection of products. I highly recommend this salon!

Today I witnessed the worst treatment of a young boy in this tanning salon. This young boy came in obviously hot and tired from walking around to businesses in the area. He had a heavy bad in which he was selling candy. He waited patiently for the cashier to return to the front. He introduced himself to her and held out his hand to shake hers asking her name. She answered looking annoyed. After offering the candy she said they already had candy. He asked to use the restroom and she told him only if he was buying something. He said he had no money and so he left. Then she said in front of me that she really doesn’t have time for that. This girl was wearing barely half a shirt that showed most of her stomach. I find it horrifying that she could be so unprofessional, rude and just plain disrespectful to a nice young boy who could be choosing to do far worse things with his time.

I got a 2 month membership to Ultimate in order to prep for a trip to Hawaii. I got a buy one month, get one free deal for about $ 120. I got unlimited us of the high pressure beds (standing & lie down).
Overall the staff was nice and the beds were clean and easily available, I can only remember waiting one time for about 5 minutes.

Great staff, clean beds, never have to wait long, and the beds are STRONG! I already had color after my 2^nd session… great place!

I left my other tanning place to come here and not only did I leave there, I paid a fee for getting out of my contract to come to Ultimate Tanning. They have a charismatic staff, an awesome atmosphere and more beds than you can imagine. Their rooms are always clean, comes with fresh towels and with the Hydration Station you get a cute robe so you don’t have to get dressed to go to a tanning bed. They have very accommodating hours for the early or late birds and even Sundays they stay open until 10pm. I love this place and recommend it to everybody. You get 20% off of any lotion no matter what tanning «package» you decide on. One other thing… They have seriously low prices on the tanning «packages» so if you are on a budget, you need to definitely check this place out. I have to say it is the best tanning salon in Las Vegas, Henderson and even San Francisco. I know that for sure because I lived there for 5 months and NEVER found a tanning place like Ultimate Tanning!!! I Love It!!!

I called in with a billing issue and the associate was extremely rude and hung up on me. Totally unacceptable. Don’t go here unless you are also a teenage girl who knows everything.
