Sunstone Restoration

Bought the groupon online for grout cleaning. Moved all the furniture and everything. The guy shows up and wants an extra 360 dollars. Well I didn’t have the extra 360 at the time so I was at least hoping he would do the service I paid for. Which was 300 square feet of grout cleaning. He walked outside the door. Not only will I never use this company again. I hope I never come face to face with that guy in public.

Chris S: wright what you want I don’t care I am not the problem here you can not clean 700 + feet of tile for the price of 300 feet of tile and this group on dose not work for you because you have more tile then 300 feet and as a biz I do not clean just 300 feet of 700 feet it will look really bad its not my fuilt you have more then 300 feet of tile and I do have the right to so no thank you this will not work and you can get your $ back from group on your deal is with group on not me not sunglow I will wright this on Unilocal to show people that you are crazy and trying to ripe off sunglow by trying to get more for nothing and then try to attack me publicly you are now put on a DO NOT WORK FOR LIST… have a nice day

please excuse me but I don’t know why you are putting a review on to my page when I have never provided service for you I don’t know who you are and why you would put something on Stone Restoration

We had Chris come over in early March to restore some etched stone in our shower. It is now May 19^th and we still don’t have a job completed in the shower. He has no show, no called twice and has rescheduled several times claiming legal/​court issues. On his initial visit he only completed one wall of the shower. I think we have been more than patient and fair in giving him time to complete the job. After a «no show, no call» today I figured it was best to let others know. I hope to be able to prevent others from having to go thru what we did. It’s a shame to spend the amount of money we did to have 1 of 4 walls done.

Fair and reasonable prices. Not Stanley Steemer grade, but hundreds of dollars less. There was some sort of residue left over that I wasn’t a fan of also

Chris and Sunstone Restoration, is exceptional. He’s punctual, which is important to me because, like everyone else, I’ve always got something scheduled. He’s also thorough, and very good as explaining what is going on with your stonework and the process they will use to clean, maintain, and protect it. He’s honest and genuine so he’s always given me fair pricing. He gave me free home estimate and suggested I check in with other companies. I didn’t need to, he was hired. Hearing the suggestion of getting other bids shows the confidence he has in his work, and I was right in my choice.

Honest and affordable. I would highly recommend hiring this company. You can tell from the moment they pick up the phone that they are a family owned business and want to do the best job for you. Best prices and best work. Don’t go anywhere else!!!
