Since I was down in this area, I chose to stop at this Sally location. GREAT parking lot. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Target in the same lot, it was stress-free. I came in for my hair color, and they had plenty in stock. I did notice that they carried a lot more of the funky, bright colors such as pink, pale blue, purple and fun stuff like that. These colors are a bit too young for me, but it was nice that there were so many options here. They must have upgraded their registers, because FINALLY they offered the ability for me to swipe my own card and sign on the screen, rather than hand over my card and sign a piece of paper. I always hate borrowing their pen to sign these, and I always forget to carry one with me.

So I came 20 minutes before they closed looking for outrageous stuff. I wanted to dye my hair red with pink highlights and a white«rogue» strip. Natalie approached me and was super awsome. She helped me find the perfect colors and even kept it the budget I was on without having to ask her! I am more than satisfied and will be returning

Love the selection. Been shopping here for years. The employees however are always rude and shouldn’t even work in the public. Normally I grab what I need and get out of there fast as possible.

Worst SBS I’ve ever been to! Employees are not very nice or helpful and the products are for display only so you can’t see what you want to buy unless you ask aforementioned employees. Do yourself a favor and visit the one on Lake Mead, they are much nicer and have a better selection!

I Like this because it is so close to my house. I love their nail polish selections, hair products, that a lot of other chain stores don’t have.

Supplies are great — wide variety and well stocked at all times. Customer service is a different story. No one ever looks particularly happy to be working there, nor are they helpful without prompting

This store makes every other Sally Beauty Supply I have been into look like a closet. It’s seriously about double the size, with tons more product on the shelves. When I stopped in recently after work, there were 3 people working. I was greeted by one employee as I came in, she didn’t exactly look stoked to be there but she was polite. All I was doing was quickly picking up some nail polish(using the $ 5 coupon I had from joining the Sally Beauty Club!) so I didn’t need any assistance. The cashier was friendly as she rang me up, and I am sure I will be back.

I think Kallie C. pretty much covered it… Rude service(even when they try and act nice) and costly prices. I needed oil for my nails BAD or else I would have just went to Walgreens or Smiths or something… LOL Oh and this sucks… if you have a card but don’t have it on you — USELESS!

Everytime I’ve ever walked in here — the customer service has sucked. Everything is expensive. They have had the same salon/table forever because no one will buy it. Why? It’s expensive. They have a moderate selection of some items. But honestly, for the money and the service I’d rather go to Ulta(where they actually also HAVE a salon). I originally went in to see if they had those straight clip-on bangs, but they just had some plastic crap that doesn’t look like anyone’s hair. They weren’t helpful at all and I hate when you feel like they’re assuming you’re going to steal or something. Or they act like they’re not working, but they’re being paid to talk to each other. Skip Sally and go to Ulta on Stephanie. You’ll pay a bit more for certain items, but the quality and service is there. Sometimes they have really awesome sales, too.
