My husband’s family lives just up the street from here. This park is great! They have so many things to do. A horse shoe pit, an amazing play ground and even a sand box. Most often we use the park for birthday parties. We celebrate a lot of birthdays in our family because we have 16 nieces and nephews. Using the pavilion area makes things so easy. It offers several benches that are covered. They have a grill you can use too! I know you can reserve this place threw the City of Henderson, but we generally just hope that no one has reserved it and go. As far as the bathrooms go they are the cleanest park bathrooms I’ve seen. Although metal seats are scary! Lol And soap would be nice. That’s a tip bring hand sanitizer. River Mountain park is a great place to set the kids free to run and play. It is also an excellent place for family gatherings!
