Called Matthew in the morning and I had a new garage door by evening. They were professional and friendly, his price was very reasonable. He not only replace the door, the hardware and the rollers but balanced the door adjusted the spring and the opener. I recommend Rapid Resonance

I live in Hawaii. I contacted Matt yesterday to see if he could fix the springs on my garage door on my rental property in Las Vegas. I was amazed within an hour after first speaking with him — he called me back to give me an update, followed by a later call telling me since our tenant wasn’t returning his call he will try again tomorrow. Today, he called to let me know the outcome of the assessment and for authorization to complete the work. I’m extremely impressed with his quality of service, open communication, and quickness. His professionalism over the phone made for a smooth transaction. His contact is definitely going into my phone for future use!!! Rapid Response is awesome!!!

We called this company because of our fellow Unilocalers good reviews and once again they were right! The spring broke on our garage door. We spoke to Matthew on the phone and he knew exactly what had to be done and quoted the price over the phone and that’s what we paid when he was done fixing our door (no games!). He also gave us a short time frame when he would be at our house and arrived on time (how nice is that!). He fixed our garage door promptly. He was very professional and nice. I had some questions and he spent time very pleasantly answering our questions. I would recommend this company and will definitely be using Rapid Response again when need be. TIP: our door broke over the weekend and we waited til Monday to call assuming it would cost a lot more to get the door fixed but Matthew told us they are ²⁴⁄₇ company and charge the same price ²⁴⁄₇. So don’t wait like we did as it was such an inconvenience not being able to use our garage door and there is no need to be if you use this company.
