When I decided to go to a nutritionist I was having serious stomach problems, consistent acid reflux, and on my way to developing an ulcer. I was also gaining weight and I had no idea why. I worked out everyday and tried to be healthy, but my over health seemed to be deteriorating. That is until I met Kamalini. She put me on a 10 day detox program that not only helped with my stomach and acid reflux, but I lost 8 pounds. Because of her I am 2 pounds away from my ideal weight. By helpings me with eating and scheduling my meals I have began to have more energy and I am a lot happier. Going to My Life My Nutrition has been a wonderful change in lifestyle.
