Working at a Drs office I have never seen someone so rude before. The lady in the front(short, chubby) was so rude. When someone asked her how she was her answer was«eh still here» obviously you don’t like your job so why even be here and give attitude to everyone that walks in. I don’t know how someone can hire a person that is so rude. You do know the first person that someone sees coming into this office is her, she’s the one that represents this place and she is doing a horrible job. She didn’t even let me tell her what I was coming in for or if I needed to sign any forms all she did was cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said have a seat. No manners what so ever.

I work in a medical office and I have never experienced anything like this. The front staff was rude, disclosed sensitive information, and did not let me finish explaining my needs. I then noticed the water stains on the ceiling tiles and the roach that was obviously alive in the light above reception. The phone number is also incorrect and when I mentioned this(because I had spent 20 minutes trying to avoid walking in by calling) the person indicated she«don’t know nothing about Unilocal

I came to this location because its closest to my home. The office itself is very clean and organized. I didn’t have an appointment but I was still seen with no issues for general blood work. Christina was the lady who checked me in and did my blood draw. She was very friendly and professional.

Came here for a pre-employment drug screen! The ladies working here were impersonal, rude, and short! When I arrived and checked in there was no one at the front desk! It was hotter then hell, and they did not have the AC turned on. It was about 5 – 10 min before anyone came to the front desk, and another 20 min before I even got to speak with a tech! Which the only reason any one spoke to me was because I asked a question! People who work with patients regardless of their title or job need to have better bed side manners! Another disappointing experience in VEGAS!

Front desk lady grumpy. Her always answer is «i dont know». Somebody asked if she needs to fast for cholesterol blood draw, lab tech said i dont know. She is a tech, she should know about it. Waiting time is looooooong which i dont understand why when there were only 3 people… Didnt have a pleasant experience here… but this is closest to my house . If u dont like your job, quit. It affects patient satisfaction

This place is so unorganized and only have 1 person to do everything. Over 20 ppl waiting and been here for over 2hrs. Place sucks and I would go to a diffrent place next time. Don’t even deserve a star. But couldn’t post with out giving one

This location was ultra fast that day. I was drinking water on the way to the office and was ready to go as soon as I arrived. Just my luck I was called within 8 minutes of signing in. The staff was professional and I never felt awkward. And since I am still employed I must of passed with flying colors.
