Wow. This place is unbelievable. I was turned away after waiting for FIVE hours to start the process. I was turned away because of a surgery I had in January. It was nothing that would affect me donating but they still turned me away. It made me so mad because I’m healthy, I have never drank or smoked once in my life. The waiting room reeked of people who smoked or hadn’t showered for days yet they were able to donate. Freaking joke. Don’t try to donate unless you smoke weed, chain smoke or don’t shower. Those must be the only requirements for donating plasma.

This place is such a waste of time! On 2 seperate occasions, my wife and I were both made to wait 4 and 5 hours going through their«first time donor» process, which is ridiculously long considering they could’ve provided a list of disqualifying factors UPFRONT before wasting my day! I’m not a drugee, I’m in good medical health, I’m not on any medications, but they want to make me wait 4 hours(my wife waited almost 5 hours!) before telling me that a surgery I had 4 years ago disqualifies me from selling them my plasma is a COMPLETEJOKE!!! I’m so angry that they waste your whole day just to finally get around to telling you you can’t donate when they could’ve provided a list up front of disqualifying factors, but NO that would be too efficient and practical. Terrible process, terrible practices, terrible business right in the heart of Hendertucky. Should be zero stars.

If you enjoy waiting, to have your plasma drawn, then this is your place. Staff in bay 1 unable to track people, they enjoy talking about people, and seem pissed that your there.

Ok I wanted to start off with I got there at 8am to donate and am a new member and never donated before. The girl and guy that helped me register and the partial intake where OK. after I had been there for 2 hours and I wasn’t even a 3 rd of the way done with registration yet and I was the only new donor at the time. At around 10:30 the gentleman announced that they where having system down failure and that it should be back up after about soon. They manager I am assuming came out and gave people in line donuts and bananas and Gatorade which was very nice. However the process was already taking a long time and I was the first person in there plus the system going done. It was must a waste of my Sunday. They even offered people 5 dollar extra to weight it out but couldn’t give u an et of if it was working or not or when it would be up again overall it was just a waste of time effort

Half of the staff is rude and acts like they dont want you there and if you call them up on their bad attitude be prepared to have a needle left in your arm for 10 minutes after youre done donating. Frankly put this CSL is a joke and they have twice as many people working half as effectively as the donation center on Tropicana. If you like bein talked down to and not seein one happy face you should go here.

Started the process but feels wrong being compensated for this and you can’t donate blood to other centers during the same time the staff is very helpful and understanding overall great experience but just was not for me

I definitely had a bad first impression when I came here. I called to ask what the latest I could get there was as I was a new donor & the guy on the phone stated as long as I was in the door before 5pm(when they close), I was OK. When I arrived it definitely did not feel like they wanted me to be there. The people were not very friendly besides the nurse and the phlebotomist. Since my first donation the process is much quicker and everyone that I have come across who works there has been nice. Overall the center is clean and the process is easy!

Quick safe and convenient. The procedure is simple. Keep in mind you can ONLY donate twice a week.

All through the process the stafe was friendly and helpful. Guy with spiky hair helped me. Very nice he ended up giving plasma while I was there. Black nurse was very nice. Larger Question lady even made me laugh. Older lady with curly hair that put the needle in did an excellent job. Eyebrows girl said«bye» to me I felt very welcome.
