We have been having balloons made for years at Chili’s believe it or not. They have this company come in and work over the weekends and he will make balloons and we have had so many different balloons made. We have had hats, lady bugs, wands, fishing pole with fish and flowers. There is no fee but just a tip.
We have yet to use him for an event outside of our weekend trips to Chilis’. I can say he is very professional and really knows his balloon making.
I would highly recommend him.
