Working with Chris and Cassie has been a real pleasure. They are very pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. Through their hard work we have been able to save quite a bit of money on auto, home and health insurance. We were also able to save money by refinancing auto loans through State Farm. Unlike insurance agents we have dealt with in the past, Chris and Cassie quickly respond to our inquiries and ensure their work product is completed properly. They go above and beyond to be sure are needs are met, and we heartily recommend them!

I’m very disappointed with the lack of service and responsiveness from this office. I need a new insurance policy because we moved from a different state and I can’t get them to respond to my emails, nobody answers the phone! Is this the service I should expect when I need to file a claim, if they can’t even help me to open a policy?
