I have so many complaints about this place it’s not even funny. I never like to write bad reviews but I had to so people wouldn’t be conned into going here. My computer worked but was running really slowly. They had my computer for over two weeks before I went in to see what was wrong with it. They told me that it was fixed but he still needed to run a program on it and it come pick it up the next day. I go in the next day close to closing hours and they still weren’t finished with it! He asked me to pay and pick it up next week because they were closed due to the holiday weekend… stupidly i agreed. I paid him and came in the next week to pick it up, and he tells me that it still isn’t fixed. I ask him if he was able to cause if he wasn’t then i was just gonna go somewhere else, he tells me he can fix it. I need my computer for school so I gave him one more day. We go in the next day and he still isn’t done with it. So we ask for the money and computer back, this is what really pisses me off… he threw the money at me! and then he goes in the back and grabs the computer and throws that on the table! Everyone here is so rude and incompetent. i dont even know how they are still in business to be honest. Then cause we wanted to get out of there as quickly as we could, we forgot to ask for the old hard drive back. We go back for the hard drive and they tried to play dumb like they didn’t know who we were. Finally my mom calls out the kid and goes«you know who i am» then he went in the back grabs the hard drive and slams that on the table too!!! I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOANYONEATALLYOU’LLHAVEBETTERLUCKTRYINGTOFIXITYOURSELF Now my computer turns on and that’s about it. At least before i could use it, it was just painfully slow…

I went to this place because of the Unilocal reviews. Left my hard drive and never heard from them again. They do not answer the phone and I have no idea what happened to my hard drive.

I have to say I completely agree with the two previous reviews on about Tech World PC. My Dell laptop had some kind of a virus or malware that it couldn’t remove when I ran the Spybot program. Before I knew about Tech World PC I took it to another local computer repair shop not far away who after several days just to look at it told me the only way to get rid of it was to do a complete re-install which would cost $ 150 or $ 155, I cannot recall which price. That was way too much for this used laptop so I was fortunate they didn’t charge me just to diagnose it. Very recently I saw the ad from Tech World PC that they can usually fix these things for $ 55! I took it into them a couple of days ago and it was fixed by the next day and might have even been fixed that day but I brought it in to them not long before closing time. They were able to fix it without even having to do a re-install! I picked it up today. I just ran the Spybot program and NOVIRUSORMALWARE anymore! It seems to be running like new again and yes, they only charged me $ 55 and was happy I could use my American Express card there for payment. Both Josh and the owner were very nice and easy to talk to. I have to say I did have some trouble communicating with an employee at that other place I mentioned which I don’t plan on returning to. From now on I will be going to Tech World PC for any computer repairs or when I am in the market to purchase another computer. Their prices appear to be very reasonable for computer purchases. I wish all businesses I dealt with were as good as Tech World PC! By the way, you can find Tech World PC by simply going behind the liquor store at the strip mall they are located at. It’s very easy.

I described my computer problem over the phone, and Troy(owner) knew from experience what the problem was. When I came down, he took my machine apart just to confirm his suspicions, and was correct. These guys may not look very fancy, but they know their stuff and are very friendly and NOT greedy. My poor old HP would cost me $ 150 to repair(melted solder of GPU) or he would give me $ 50 trade in towards a reconditioned one in his shop. I walked out of there with a newer HP with all the same bells and whistles and a six month warranty for only $ 200. He even transferred my hard drives onto the new machine at no extra charge. I was very impressed and happy with the friendliness and professionalism at TechWorld. I would recommend them to anyone; I’m going to bring my Dad in there next.

Most repairs/upgrades are $ 55 or less. My girlfriends laptop had missing drivers, viruses, a mess and it was fixed in one day for $ 55 with updated drivers and even a fixed keycap that was broken. These guys are competent, inexpensive, polite and honest, I wouldn’t take my computer anywhere else now. I had a screwed up Pro version of software that the Microsoft Store want $ 100 to fix, their price in little old Hemet was $ 25. Hours are 10 to 5 and they are a little bit hidden in this shopping center, in a building behind the building that fronts the sidewalk.

Easily the best computer/computer repair store I have ever experienced. The store features the one in a million combination of competence and integrity. When I hand over my hardware I get it back as good as they promised and without any surprise charges. They also create custom computers built to order. The cherry on top is the Chinese Restaurant down the strip mall. 3 Item combo for 5.75 and a box filled to the brim. PARADISE.
