This is my spot!!! I love the food and the team. They are usually busy and there is a wait but well worth it. The varying chicken is always tender, not dry(Temecula) and they are always patient with those trying to decide, lol! I went last night and will stop by tonight for Chow Mein to go with my left over orange chicken. I gave four stars because it is good to have businesses thinking they need to improve. Honestly, this is a five star location!

I was seriously so upset with the service i receieved today at panda. The girl serving our food/cashier that went by jessica was so rude to my grandmother. She talked in a harsh tone, rolled her eyes twice, slammed the food plates down, she was hurrying us, was very disrespectful, i could go on! We werent the only ones another couple and a family all complained about her as well. I dont know how she can just treat people like that, especially in a job that requires good customer service. We were getting 4 plates which she barely put any food in, eggrolls with sweet and sour sauce which she rolled her eyes when we asked her for an extra one. You would think that shed be a bit nicer. I just lost all respect for panda express for hiring such rude people.

Not the nicest people, but 1 girl in here is really nice, so that’s the reason they even get 3 stars!!!

Took forever to get food, ordered a panda bowl and barely had any chow mein in it, let alone the chow mein was cold. Don’t plan on going to panda again. Terrible service and quality

Panda express is always delicious, however their only downside is they can be very expensive. I believe 3 large boxes comes to $ 30. So instead I decided to get a 1 person plate(includes 3 options) which came to $ 8.69. I recommend getting the orange chicken, Beijing beef, chow mein, white rice, or honey walnut shrimp.

It’s panda express. Who rates it 3 stars? =/Might be expensive for a fast food chain. but delicious and doesn’t taste like low grade chinese food. Which alot of chinese food places taste like(as in you get that sick feeling from the orage chicken. Panda is awesome. Just expect to pay like $ 8 – 9 a person lol

I will never be back to this panda express. I spent 10.48 $ for a kungpow chicken. And i recived half cup of veggies n the other half rice because they ran out of the kungpow so either i waited for the new batch or i get RICE… rude service and i am very annoyed to have spent ten bucks on a little cup of rice .i got robbed and will tell everyone i know how terrible this place.

This place freaking sucks! The food is never ready, the wait is forever and the servers move slow as hell! Gave this place 3 tries and I’m done! 3 attempts and haven’t been able to get food once. Wat a joke! Screw this place.

This is a nice Panda Express out in the middle of nowhere called hemet. We came here with 5 kids and 2 adults. I tried the spare ribs for the first time and choked on it from the spiciness. Apparently I am a wimp and all of the kids laughed at me, but the lady who was helping us offered me a water cup so that I could calm down the spices in my mouth. I thought that was really nice of her. The orange chicken, the walnut shrimp, and the sweet fire chicken was all nice and fresh. I would definitely go here again, and I really liked how helpful the staff was.

I don’t know what it is, but I feel like this place is better than I gave it credit originally. I don’t know if it’s just more experience going here, or the general lack of quality of some of the other Hemet places, but yeah. Good job, Panda.

My kids love panda last week we were there we had to wait for 10 minutes before someone helped us and when we ordered they said they are out of some of the items we ordered we had to leave. this is disappointing.

My granddaughter wanted to go to Panda Express for lunch. The wait wasn’t too bad but the food did not look fresh. It looked like it was left over from the day before. It tasted about as good as it looked. The noodles were mushy and the Orange Chicken was very dry. I used to go to this Panda Express frequently but it seems like their quality has been steadily been going downhill. It looks like my granddaughter and I will have to find a new lunch place.

The food wasn’t as good as other panda’s. The wait was pretty bad as well. Went there for lunch and it took pretty long to get my second entrée. I ended up just asking for orange chicken(only three choices of entrees at the time) There was a line and the one chef seemed to be working hard but note nought people. I like their food but the one in Sam jacinto is way better.

Seriously worst experience ever! Waited in line for 15 minutes to over hear the server mention that they will not be making anymore food. Well ok so I look around and see well they are kind of empty(foodwise) but I see thinks is can choose from. The party In front of me orders some shrimp dish and the server offer a bit more since there closing in 30 min. He declines and but she insists and mentions she not gonna charge him extra. I get up to the line and ask if they had any more teriyaki chicken. No was the answer follow by, «we don’t make any food 1hour before we close». Well my choices had dwindled to the thin layer of rice at the bottom of the pan and orange chicken. At this point I asked if the store was frnachised? She could answer a yes or no because she was talking to her friend over my shoulder letting her know that she would be off no later than 10:30. But when she was done answering her friend I was offered beef and broccoli to be made fresh. I agreed since I was ordering 2 orders. Just then the cook walked up to her said something rolled his eyes. Really rude and unprofessional. Disappointed. Sorry to Inconvenience you at your job.

Panda satisfies that quick Chinese food hunger. Whenever I’m craving orange chicken, this location satisfies. They are always busy here and it seems like they always run out of items. This last time I was there, they were out of a lot and the staff member was telling the cook what they needed and he just ran off and went into the back and was there for like 5 minutes. People were waiting for their food and he wasn’t cooking any of it. The servers were getting irritated and so were the people waiting. He finally came back and the server was asking him whats up? We need our food! He just gave her a nasty look and started cooking. It was definitely super awkward witnessing two employees like that and I ordered something else and paid and got out of there. Not good at all. It was probably that cooks last day or something. Who knows. Meanwhile, as I was walking to my car, there were 3 employees along with the manager, shooting the breeze outside while there was chaos inside. I was going to tell them what happened but I was hungry and I figured the servers would let them know. It is pretty expensive but isn’t all Chinese food?

They are normally on top of greeting their customers and providing friendly service. Sometimes they slip up and get a bit careless it seems. The food is mediocre, definitely not my favorite in the«Asian» food theme. I only really come here for the convenient location and the fact that their food is better then fast food like(McDonalds, JIB, etc). The portions are decent. I love the fact that other restaurants pile so much food that it barely fits in the box, these guys do not do that. Corporate always seems to cheat everyone. I like to have leftovers for take home :( The food is usually fresh, depending on the time of day. I feel like this location is a hit or miss. Not my favorite, but then again not so bad that I will not return. I’d say I was«indifferent» on PE. By the way! Rice is always DRYDRYDRY. Ugh. Maybe it is because I’m Asian and a rice snob lol, but seriously worst rice EVER. The white and fried are both way to dry. They need to add more water to their cooker! Also they don’t have seats outside, a bistro table or two would be nice Panda.

Good location(near the Hemet mall which is probably closing any day now), clean spot, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming staff — I come here every now and then when I’m craving their orange chicken or beijing beef(my favorite dishes). Comparing it to other Chinese restaurants in the area — they don’t pile your take-away boxes high the way most hole-in-the-wall places do. And really, chain restaurants should be able to afford it more so than others. But in doing so, they save me a few extra calories that I don’t need. I don’t think any of their dishes are bad, although I haven’t had any of their shrimp. The eggrolls are my least favorite though.
