The meats used are quality, I’ll give them that much, however the price, experience and overall layout of the way they handle business are no bueno in my opinion. Downtown deli does it better, and their prices are also superior. This corporate chain feeds you plastic quality sandwiches with decent meat filling, it’s disrespectful to the animals used to make these flavorful deli cuts. And why does it take 8 people to make my sandwich? They seriously have a line of employees that hand down the stages of your sandwich to one another, then when you get to the eighth and final person they ring up your 20 $ sandwich and the debit machine has the nerve to ask you what percent tip you would like to leave, starting at the 15% gauge. So I scroll it all the way down to 0%, pay the small fortune, and f%$# off to eat my gold flaked dredged plastic sandwich. Stop pretending this place is soo good just because you think it’s trendy people.

Friendly staff, great quality food, and a clean restaurant make this an excellent place to enjoy your favorite sub! Knocks other sandwich restaurants out of the park! When we want subs we don’t think of any other place to go!

I’m not sure if there is new management but the past two orders we got were wrong. I called in a #6 and #7. One Mikes way and the other with extra mayo. Both weren’t prepared that way. These were for take out and I couldn’t add the missing things in the car. A waste of money. Plus they never have the same Tastycake items. When it happens once but this is the second time in a row now. They aren’t cheap either. The two sandwiches cost more than $ 27. Very unhappy.

Delicious subs indeed. Terrible at customer service. I complained about the stinky homeless dude that hangs out inside jerseys mike and the management did nothing to fix the issue. He is still there polluting the air we breathe. Pretty sad. Only happens in this town.

GREATCUSTOMERSERVICETHEBEST! I LOVESHOREPOINTS! Hands down the best sandwiches EVER! I appreciate the shore points to reward your frequent customers and my free sub and drink on my birthday. Quality takes time for those complaining about waiting. The place is always clean and plenty of seating. We love Jersey Mikes!!!

I grew up eating Mike’s subs in Jersey, these taste great! My only grip is the speed of service. Why OH why don’t they have two slicers going? They don’t cost that much. If you arrive and there is a line, just go back to your car and endure Subway food. Call a head does not seem to help, you arrive and they are«making it now»

YUM! Soo delicious. I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was the best cheese steak I’ve ever had. It has grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra cheese. I’m writing a review while I’m eating it. That should tell you something. Unilocal worthy.

Shaela and Freddy the gentleman who made my sandwich was a real friendly guy was really interested in making a good sandwich also having a good personal time while he was doing it. Freddy deserves to be the manager of the store or at least a little pay raise he is the man I’ll definitely comeback solely because of him thanks for the great customer service.

One of the BEST sub sandwiches I’ve ever had. It was delicious. Not only that the staff was amazing! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was social and profession and very kind. I expectation were low, because it’s Hemet. No offense, but being raised there I just never thought there was any food places that were worth wild. Every time I pass through Hemet I will definitely stop here to get a sandwich. They were really quick too and there was a line. Great portions. The large sub could feed 4 people. The rosemary bread is amazing. Adds that extra flavor that I love with my sandwich. Just wish the Palm Desert location had the same bread!

I went here because a friend recommended it. I ordered the chicken parmesan sub… the chicken had a rubbery texture the next day I spent my whole work shift throwing up! I’m gonna give this place another try but at different location.

Ordered the Italian sub with a red pepper relish, Mikes way. Was good & wet and a bit pricey. Will not be back anytime soon.

The meat, bread and cheese here is super high quality and delicious. I ordered the Turkey and provolone and the bread is thick and soft, the meat is freshly sliced right in front of you and has that«real meat» flavor, and the cheese is creamy — you can definitely taste it with every bite. I was very impressed and the staff was very friendly. They hired a good crew because all three employees I spoke to really put me first. I even got a free oatmeal raisin cookie for mentioning that it was my first time trying Jersey Mikes. I definitely will be back! Oh and also, as for price point, I left having spent less than Subway! For anyone arguing, the mini is the same as a 6″, the«regular» is larger, and the«large» larger than a foot long.

About average. I mean, it’s a sub place… that makes sub sandwiches. They’re pretty decent quality, taste fairly good, and check all the boxes that a sub sandwich should. That being said, it says a lot(for me, at least) when I go somewhere to get something that a restaurant is supposed to specialize in and I’m not blown away, and I’m not itching to go back. For me, that’s Jersey Mike’s. The prices don’t help, either. Yeesh.

Apparently local business officials kissed the ring of Jersey Mike and through his go graces saw it fit to one to open up in podunk Hemet, CA. I am rarely a band wagon jumper but I’ll give almost any place a fair shake. This place almost had a 4 star review but I’ll tell you at the end as to why it missed. This was my first visit to any Jersey Mike’s so this happens to be my first impression of the chain in general. First off the staff was courteous and engaged. I told them I was new to the place and they made a few suggestions. I went with the Original Italian as I figured it would be a good representation of the restaurant. The meats are all machine sliced in front of you from the refrigerated blocks of meat. I imagine it gives it a more deli fresh feel then the pre sliced meats you get at other sub shops. The toppings are all pretty simple, shredded lettuce. white onions, tomatoes, a couple of different peppers etc. I also noticed they had a north eastern favorite Tastykakes, which are basically Pennsylvania knockoffs of similar Hostess products, still they’re good and Northern’s love them. The sandwich was very good, and the flavor was top notch, layered meats and cheese filled every bite. I have no issues with the taste or ingredients used. The only real issue it it’s nothing I haven’t tasted before and probably for slightly less. The sandwiches come in 3 sizes /Mini t 4 – 5 inches $ 5.45 /Regular 6 – 7 in $ 7.75 /Giant 12 in $ 12.85. I basically could have gone to an Italian restaurant like Filippi’s Pizza, gotten the same taste and had a nice waitress fill my drink and bring me my food. Which brings me to the reason why they lost a star, you see I don’t mind tipping for service bringing me my food or my drink, if someone is overly nice or gives me the hookup on extras. So it’s rare that I will tip when I have to stand in line to order my food pick it up myself and refill my own drink. This brings me to the payment process, if you are paying with a card the first thing that pops on the screen is what percentage would you like to tip the staff with 3 different options. I haven’t even payed my bill or eaten my food and you want a tip up front? Star lost on the rudeness of corporate decision makers. Going back to the staff they are nice and did the job well, you may have your own opinion on tipping. In short, If you eat here you will enjoy the pricy food.

I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am that there is a Jersey Mike’s in Hemet! It’s about time! Since they closed down the Submarina up on Florida, I’ve been missing out on some good sub sandwiches. This certain unit has been vacant for a LONG time since the Chicago Pizza company went out of business. Still super sad about that :( When I saw this sign for Jersey Mikes: Coming Soon I couldn’t contain my excitement. Well, it’s finally open and it’s great! Nice big seating area inside(better than most of their locations), friendly sub makers, great meat and bread, they don’t skimp out on the meat and always get it done Mike’s Way(lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, oil, salt/pepper, spices). So so good. I usually get their capicolla, provolone and ham sandwich and it hits the spot every time. They have a wide array of subs, hot and cold, to try. Yes, they are a little slow right now but hey, they just opened so give it time and they will be killing it with their sub skills! Okay I’ll stop. But, I LOVEJERSEYMIKES! Thanks for coming to Hemet! Hopefully, they stay busy(which I’m sure that won’t be a problem).
