Came in at 5:40pm(20 minutes before closing), and they said«sorry we’re booked» all while a stylist was reading a magazine sitting on a chair. If I owned this place, they would be fired. They don’t want to work. Lazy lazy lazy.

I get my hair done by Matt. I went to him with Damaged hair to the MAX! I went to another place where my hair was destroyed and Matt took me under his wing and totally fixed my hot mess! I now feel like the old me before my hair was destroyed! Thank you soooo much Matt and I will see you next week!

Writing this on behalf of my mom who does not Unilocal,but her story should be heard. DONOTGET A PERMHERE. Read below… My mom received a perm from Wendy on 2÷19÷16. She noticed her hair still smelled incredibly strong of chemicals the following two days and her hair was TOTALLY fried. The perm did not take at all. She contacted the store who said the store manager, Stacy, would be contacting her today to discuss. Stacy did, in fact, contact her and told her a refund would not be done, as my mom had«signed a waiver» and was told by «multiple techs» that colored hair could not be permed. Please see the following issues with her decision: 1. My mom’s hair was not colored. Her roots were colored 1.5 weeks earlier, yet the perm did not take in ANY of her hair and ALL the hair is fried. 2. The only person to talk to my mom about the perm was the tech, Wendy, who said to do it anyways. 3. NOWAIVERWASSIGNED. THEYCANNOTPRODUCEMYMOM’S WAIVERBECAUSEITDOESN’T EXIST. My mom is now out $ 70+ dollars. They offered to re-perm. Ummmm, no thanks!

I had a wonderful experience. Brittany is the bomb at hair cuts and I personally like the fact that she sprays down the chairs. It’s called cleanliness. I don’t go there to be bffs. I go to get good hair results and she’s great. See you next month !

In response to Victory M. It is within a cosmetology licensed holder to properly disinfect and sanitize for public/customer safety to prevent the spread of germs/pathogens it is common for stylist to disinfect their station and tools to have a clean environment to protect our clients. If you have not experienced this in other establishments maybe the sanitary aspect should be in question. At Fantastic Sams we cherish our customers and welcome them warmly into our clean/sanitary conditions.

I was going to this branch when they were located in San Jacinto. When they moved I followed. The only person I will let do my hair is Miriam. 2 other times Miriam was not scheduled I was in a jam and let someone else do it, I was not satisfied. She always cuts and colors my hair exactly as I want it. I’ve taken my niece to her who has a lot of tight curly hair, and mine is fine straight hair. She can do it all! Miriam don’t ever leave– I won’t know what to do!

I came in with my family and was highly insulted when the hair dresser Brittany sprayed and wiped down the chair after giving my child a haircut. I was having a haircut on the chair next and my eyes were burning from the fumes. Between the two hairdressers, I had to hear them complain about some previous clients. The place was empty when we came up, and was empty when we left… WE paid $ 48.00 with cash tips included… NOTCOMINGBACK

Well I’m done with Fantastic Sam’s in Hemet. My hair dresser is now teaching and no longer at this location. I asked for info on where she had gone. They were snotty and evasive. They would not give me any info and went as far as to say they did not associate with my styles any more. MEOW! Okay then, so I revoke all my kind words about fantastic dams and save then for the stylest that earned them. Devin wherever you are I wish you well. I hope I fond you. You are a hair banging diva and I miss you.

I came here today to get a haircut and a deep condition. I requested Kathy because she is my friends mom. She is AMAZING! Knows what she is talking about and I gave her free roam of my hair and I LOVE it. Seriously, while I was there a lot of people came in and requested her. The salon is always clean I have been here once before and that stylist was really good too. I have had nothing but good experience here. If you have chemicals in your hair get a deep condition it is really relaxing.(: Go see Kathy, she is the only stylist I will go to from now on.

Wow! Checked in and was told there was 1 customer ahead of me and my son. Waited 40 minutes. Watched two employees go home then one of the girls comes up and says they probably won’t get to us today, and when she could see I was upset she added that we can wait while they finish the colors her and another are doing. I ask how long and with a care less attitude she said«I don’t know» could have told me that before I waited so long! BADBUSINESSETHICS .I tell you I won’t be back! I would prefer to give this place NO stars.
