The food behind the glass looks gross and you will smell like it if you have to wait in line behind even one person. They do sell Andrew’s honey, which is very good, but so does everyone around here. The made to order(Hunt Brothers) pizzas are decent and made better by the fact that no one delivers here.(See my West-Helena Pizza Hut review.) All toppings are free. Extra cheese is extra. I like the original crust. I would call your order in, because it’s just depressing to spend any time there if you don’t have to. One day I asked them for four packs of AA batteries. Another employee asked for some right after she heard me. The short counter girl winded herself struggling to climb on the counter to reach them and procured the batteries for her coworker. She turned to me and asked what I wanted by saying, «What do you want?» I repeated my order. She put one pack of AA and three packs of AAA in a bag. She explained to me that she did it because they were out of AA, but since I asked for four packs she gave me four packs. I asked if they would get more and she said she didn’t know. She acted like I was bothering her the entire time and I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service anywhere. Some of the appliances are covered with a thin film of sticky brownish stuff. The coffee lids sometimes have dust, or bugs in them and every surface is dusty. They close earlier than their posted hours and today they had a poster advertising«drinks all night» for a 15 year old’s birthday part. This place is terrible, but we haven’t many options here. Try Mapco about a block away. It’s better.
