Our washer died on Jan. 7, 2016, and my wife went all over town to compare prices. She called me, and told me that HH Gregg in Heath had the best deal. She said they told her that we would qualify for a $ 100 gift card if we bought a washer. The deciding factor was the gift card. I verified with our salesman Arriel, several times before we bought a washer that We would receive the gift card. We decided on buying a Maytag, that was $ 100 more than the original washer we went in to look at. When we never received the gift card, I called HH Gregg and spoke with the Manager, Jason. He said that the salesman got it wrong, and that we would have had to have spent at least $ 500 and paid for the washer to be delivered to qualify for a gift card. They never mentioned delivery to qualify for that gift card. In addition, when I went back the evening with my son’s truck to pick up the washer(and was told again when I asked about the rebate it would be mailed to me), a stock worker began wrapping up the floor model. I told the manager that we were buying a new washer in the box(since Arriel, the salesman told us they had a washer available that was in the box). It was brought out, and the female manager loaded into my son’s truck. I felt like my wife and were viewed as suckers. I will NEVER go back there.

First time I’ve ever been in this store. I usually go to Best Buy and did before going to HHGregg this day as well. But the experience at Best Buy was horrible. My experience at HHGregg was awesome. I walked in looking for an ipod. Found where they were and had a question about if they came with headphones or not. I looked up and noticed an employee standing a few rows away. When we made eye connection, he immediately came over and asked if I had any questions or needed help with anything. I asked if the ipod came with headphones. He stated that he didn’t know but would find out. He walked away and came back quickly with an answer. I then asked if they had any other colors. He checked the shelf and then said he can check inventory. Walked away and came back again quickly with an answer. I was very impressed with my entire experience. Very much appreciated.
