We are currently renting a house through Barrett Group Property Management. Vera is always very pleasant when I talk with her on the phone and she always responds with promptness whenever I need anything done or have a maintenance request. I would recommend Barrett Group to anyone.

I’ve been renting a wonderful apartment near the Healdsburg Plaza for the past year from the Barrett Group and I AM IN LOVE with this house, this town and my landlord Sandy. When I first found this place after a full two years of looking, the sign had just been put out. I pulled over and called the number. Sandy came right over. Not only did I immediately love the beautiful apartment in this lovely 1900 house, I ended up sitting on the porch with Sandy for a good hour just chatting and laughing. In almost 20 years of renting or owning in 3 different states, I have finally found where I want to live for many, many years. I just can’t say enough good things about how totally peaceful, friendly and downright wonderful it is to live here. The property is beautifully maintained and attention is immediate if needed. If I ever have to leave this apartment (I hope not!), the first place I will look is any property handled by the Barrett Group.

Sandy Barrett is difficult to work with. She is unpleasant and uncooperative. She makes every interaction convoluted including, paying rent, return of deposit, repairs and maintenance. She made sure to schedule inspections and maintenance at the worst possible times with little to no regard to tenants needs or concerns.
