The print rep refused to help us with our custom laser-​compatible labels for our wedding. She said she can only use staples approved paper and if she broke the machine she would have to pay $ 35k, which was either a lie or she is grossly misinformed of corporate practices with regards to liability.
Either way we went to Hazlet where we got everything printed on our custom labels with no problem.

I use the Hazlet location because they are simply put amazing. This review is LONG OVERDUE. When we opened our new shop Melissa and the crew there received our orders for posters, prints, postcards and business cards… and they were done with speed, accuracy and most of all a smile. Overall we have used this location for at least 5 years. They treat us with the utmost care, respect and awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE that you can’t get «on line» with companies like VISTA. It is always a pleasure to bring our business to Staples! Thank you all for the wonderful job you always do. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The copy center staff at this location ROCKS! Melissa and her team are great and always help out in any way needed, they make sure your «products» are all in order and the exact way you want them and they’re great to chat with while waiting! Just an all around great Staples location!
