Had the best experience here! Stumbled across some reviews on here and decided to check it out. I went in with high hopes and wasn’t disappointed at all. The salon itself is gorgeous and kept extremely clean — everything looks pretty much brand new. There are plants everywhere which really added to the atmosphere. Sarah (the owner) was SO nice and her employees were, too! I went with a gel manicure — which looks gorgeous — and the employee surprised me with a short shoulder massage while my nails dried. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’m definitely going to be a new regular.

I am typically very judgmental when it comes to nail salons and I can honestly say I am completely pleased with my visit to nails by Sarah today! I had a full acrylic set done and eyebrow wax by Lee. The facility is clean and very open– which I love! You don’t feel suffocated by fumes. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Complimentary coffee is offered. I will definitely be making this my regular salon.

Very pleased with this salon. I love the extra sanitary precautions they use, especially in the pedicure tubs.

Horrible job rushed me out ! She asked if I had appointment I told her no & that on Unilocal it says no need for one and so she said ok can you come back I said no I’m in a hurry (mind you it was empty) three people working you can tell they wanted to rush me out maybe because she had other appointments. Then sat me down with one girl and she come back and starts working on my other had I should have walked out then. But anyway she charged me 45 plus tip $ 50 for the worst pain my job ever! Never going back I can’t believe what i see on Unilocal anymore because it shows 5 stars and it sucks ! Very disappointed

Recently switch to this salon and have not had one problem. Most definately the cleanest place ive ever seen. And the man who just did my toes was AMAZING. I wish i caught his name. This is my salon from now on!

Love at first try and will make this a routine salon. This salon is clean, calming, and so much different and nicer then other salons in the area.

The salon was beautiful and appeared very clean, but unfortunately the service and quality was lacking. I was looking for a new nail salon and passed this place and decided to give it a try. I had a 1:00 pm gel manicure appointment which I made a few days in advance. I walk in to see a long line of women waiting which isn’t a good sign. No one was at the desk to greet me and no one looked up to say hello. Eventually I got a worker’s attention and told her I had an appointment. She just told me to wait, and I waited for a good 20 minutes before I decided it was fruitless and was going to leave because I had other errands to run. I politely told the woman that I had to leave and she jumped up and wrapped my nails to soak off the previous gel. I sat still waiting for another 10 – 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me again. I feel like they didn’t respect my time. They basically tricked me into staying when I said I didn’t have the time. Many people who didn’t have appointments were seen before me which seemed unfair. During my manicure the woman was unfriendly and did a very sub par job. She couldn’t even be bothered to shake the nail polish bottle so the color on my nails was separated and uneven. Definitely never coming back!

I broke up with my other salon for this place. that says a lot.
I saw them pop up on here a couple months ago and the pictures do not do the beauty of this place justice.
it’s not like your typical boring nail salon with the horrible stock photos and ugly tile floors.
faux wood porcelain tiles with fake grass dividers and stark white accents. pedicure chairs divided by curtains and they use LINERS AND FRESH FILES AND PUMICE.
coffee, tea, comfortable chairs and an amazing mani pedi? what more can you ask for!
millions of colors and friendly technicians? I’ll be there Saturday for my standing appointment. you need to try this place.

I am very particular about my nails. Sarah did a great job the first time she did my nails. I will definitely go back for a manicure.

Came here when I had time to kill some time in the area. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere was very relaxing and in the morning there was only a few customers so it was nice and quiet.
They were able to get me in right away and I did get to relax so for that reason I give it 3 stars. Otherwise unfortunately I would have given this place less stars. I think there is huge potential for this place but the woman who worked on me did not do a great job. She was very sweet and kept conversation going and my nails looked nice but when I took a closer look at home it was not the same. My cuticles were not cleaned or cut at all on my hands or toes, my skin looks super dry and my nail polish is chipping already and it’s been less then a day.
This is a fairly new location so I am hoping with more time and experience the salon experience will improve.

Extremely clean, and beautiful inside. My pedicure from grace was wonderful and I’m glad she convinced me to get a gel manicure. She did a beautiful job and took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely go back.

By far the best nail salon in the area! I’ve been to many and the salon is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and Sarah is the ‘nail whisperer”. She does an amazing job. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I have been going to Sarah for my nails for years! She is an absolute perfectionist and takes pride in what she does. I never feel rushed and she always makes sure my nails are shaped exactly how I want. She is always willing to try the newest design I find on Pinterest or try out something she’s seen. She is always willing to accommodate my schedule or squeeze me in when I really need to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. The new shop is gorgeous, big and very clean. I send everyone I know to her and they never go to anyone else after trying her. Not to mention they give a fabulous massage while your nails dry ;).
