We called the 800# to have someone come out so I’m not sure what location the technician actually came from. I wanted someone to come and spray because I saw what I think is a roach. Being as proactive as possible.
The guy arrived about an hour after the time frame we were given but it seems like the people at the 800# don’t communicate to the technicians very well so no big deal.
The technician did his thing. He was very professional and nice. He explained step by step what he was doing and why. I would definitely use them again.
