YES! Plumbing

At first I was skeptical reading the other reviews, but their reviews are really good on other sites, and they were the only guys I called that said they had landlord-​special pricing. My tenant was having water heater issues. They showed up early to the appointment time frame & actually called ahead. Within 20 minutes they actually showed me their insurance, licenses, and had the problem diagnosed. I ended up having to replace the water heater (18 yrs old) but they gave me options for that, and I chose the budget one. They were finished in about 2.5 hours total from showing up to leaving, and gave me all the warranty paperwork, plus the landlord pricing saved me a good chunk. They just seemed above-​board & I would definitely do business with them again.

I can’t say anything about the quality of work that yes plumbing does because I didn’t make it past the appointment set up. I was on the phone for a half hour and the man I spoke with could not figure out how to schedule an appointment, completely ridiculous! I just told him not to bother I would find someone else and after seeing the other reviews I’m glad I did. If they can’t even train their staff to schedule appointments properly I’m afraid of the quality of work they would do on my plumbing. Also, just an f.y.i. they charge $ 115 extra if you want an hour time slot guarantee for them to show up or an appointment after 4 and that charge is separate from any work they do.

The plumber that came to our house was clean and professional but when he quoted a price for the «budget» sump pump I almost fainted! Say NO to Yes Plumbing and you’ll save a ton of money using someone else. Hugh rip off, don’t know how they stay in business.

I represent a local fitness club here in the Chicagoland area… We had a main sewer back-​up, that caused issues in our locker rooms/​childcare area. I called YES! Plumbing to take care of the problem. The tech took care of the clog.
My issue with them, was their clean-​up. It clearly states on the truck «Maid-​Like Clean-​Up «or your service call is free.
The tech left with marks from his rodder on the ceramic tiles in the childcare bathroom, roots from his rodder clearly all over the floor as well. The rod tube he used was thrown onto the carpeted area, as he rodded. Clearly contaminants are all over the rod tube, since it holds the rod… And this is in a child care area… Ugh!
I was not impressed with his so called clean-​up. When I contacted management about it, they said that they would return the service charge of $ 79.00… But their truck clearly states «service call «
False advertising as far as I see it.
No need to go back using a company that doesn’t stand behind their own advertising… Never again!

They installed a (really crummy) sump pump to my senior citizen parents for $ 1500 and claimed that they were giving them a special offer only if they agree to it at that moment then and there so they could contact their boss to do that favor and there was no going back! And on top of that, joining a «discount club» or something like that. It’s really a shame that my dad fell for it. We had another plumber (Area Plumbing) over yesterday and they told us it they could have installed one for $ 350 + a senior discount and that Yes! got away with highway robbery. Sure enough, I’m now Googling and asking around and there is no such thing as a sump pump that is worth that much, much less the piece of crap they sold us. We’re now reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
Just say «No!» to «Yes!»
