So here is the scoop, Renaye is awesome!!! I have some serious Persian monster brows and when I went in I was long over due and it was NOT pretty. I left the Total Beauty Studio looking fabulous and I couldn’t believe the change in my brows. I am definitely going back!

I love Renaye. I feel like I’m not complete if I don’t come see her. She is very professional and stays educated on the latest techniques and products.
If I don’t do anything else, I make sure I have her wax my eyebrows. When I was 7yrs old, I had a run in with a coffee table and had stitches above the eye. My eyebrow never grew again in that spot… UNTIL I STARTED SEEING RENAYE. I now have a full brow that continues to grow.
I had my makeup done for a party (first time doing this). When she showed me my face, I started crying ((DON’T RUIN THE MAKEUP))!
Let’s not forget that the massage at the end of the facial treatment will put you to sleep.

Made an appointment after reading the reviews on Unilocal.Renaye did not show up on time so I left after waiting 10 minutes. Kept being told she would be with me any minute, then I was told she had gone out to get some lunch, she wasn’t even there! What a waste of time. I had gone earlier in the day, tried to do a walk in, but she was busy so I made an appointment to come back later, I made two trips and got nothing done! The place looked a little dirty anyway, noticed the floors need cleaning, can’t help notice since I sat there for 20 minutes in all!

This was my first time to Total Beauty Studio, where I got a bikini wax. Renaye is the woman who does all the waxing. She was great! Very professional, and very friendly. She helps you feel completely comfortable and uses a great wax that minimizes the pain. I also got my eyebrows waxed by her, which I was very pleased with. She did a great job sculpting my eyebrows. The only thing that made me give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the room that she does the waxing in is inside a hair salon, so you can hear what’s going on outside of the room you are in (and they can hear you). But for the reasonable prices and great work Renaye does I’d go again!

Sooooo… I was tired of shaving, and hair removal creams. So I wanted to try body waxing. I went to a place called Total Beauty Studio in Hayward. Renaye Boutte is the woman in charge here. She is soooo great. I was hella scared. Hey, I’ve heard the horror stories of how painful waxing can feel. Remember Steve Carell in the 40-​Year Old Virgin? Mmmm… Hmmm…But Renaye was good. She doesn’t use anything to numb the area, but none is needed. She is a true proffesional. I got my legs and a total brazilian bikini wax. She gave me some cute disposible thongs until it was time to get down to business. Did it hurt? Of course a little. But she does it so fast that the pain is not noticed. She uses this delicious smelling oil afterwards and my legs and (area) stayed smooth and hair free for almost 5 weeks!!! Yes!!! She even talks to you and makes you feel really comfortable. AND… she’s a false eyelash extensionist, does chemical face peels, and makeup application too.
