Rich, the owner, was great in coming in to my business and assessing the need for the proper security system. The two technicians who came down and did the install were very knowledgeable and their attention to detail was impeccable. They noticed that I had a dutch split door, which Rich must have missed. They were able to tweak the install and add a sensor to both portions of the door as an extra precaution. Cleaned up all of their work and mess after each portion of the install. Completely and totally satisfied, and will definitely use them again!

Had a home break in and needed a home alarm system ASAP. The big companies ADP and Bayhill seemed so impersonal and so big they couldn’t care less about me.
Enter Rich and his company. Locally owned and operated. Great on the phone, rushed us into his schedule (without an increase in fee). Service call, inspection, quote and installation within 1week.
Installation crew polite, professional and very respectful.
So far VERY pleased with R N Security!
