Pixie Donuts is easily found off of 92 and 880 just before the San Mateo Bridge. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center’s parking lot that is shared by varies other stores. I came by early around 5am and majority of their racks were full with a good selection of typical donuts(Raised, Cake, Donut Holes, and Old Fashion) you find at most other shops. I got a dozen donut holes($ 1.99 per dozen). The donut holes were average size and had just enough glaze to cover. The donut holes were fresh, still warm and very soft. The donut holes were a little more on the greasy/oily side compared to other shops. This donut shop seemed like any average donut shop in the area. Nothing really separating themselves apart from the rest. The donut holes were good so I will come back and try their other donuts. Cash only so plan ahead or if you have Wells Fargo there is an ATM very close to the shop.

What can I say? It’s a mom & pop donut shop! Love going to this place cause I literally live right there and when I want a quick & sugary breakfast, I usually go here. They have full size donuts that are pretty darn cheap. My favorites are the typical glazed, apple fritter, and of course donut holes when I feel like a witto kid. One thing that I love about this place is that it has stayed consistent throughout the years and the«mom» & «pop» of this shop are so sweet. Definitely gives you a nice boost to start your day. Try it out if you can. P.S cash only!

The lady surprised me with her kindness. which is a contrast from the man who is a cold cheapskate. even balance yin and yang and I respect their individual consistency. a bit of learning from each other would be excellent but it’s all in perspective.

Everywhere we go maple donuts are sold out everywhere!!! Luckily they had some maple bars. We also got some donut holes and some old fashioned donuts. The donut holes were super soft and fluffy and moist. The people were nice and the wait was not long but some guy ahead of us didn’t bring any cash so we had to wait to pay. Just remember this place is CASHONLY.

Ham & cheese croissants are amazing! People behind the counter are super nice and always try to make small talk which is rare nowadays.

Great place. Great tasting donuts. Great people working every time I’ve been. Well worth the extra 5 minutes rather than just going to Krispy Kreme. I’d choose pixie any day of the week. The only thing I didn’t know before I went there was its cash only. Don’t forget that people.

Croissant sandwiches there are yummy. However, I think just like any other establishment… don’t buy them after it’s been sitting out there the whole day! My daughter and I got food poisoning after sharing one late afternoon. Never had a problem when bought early in the morning before that incident. Donuts are fluffy and good, customer service is fine as well.

Good, quick place for donuts. It’s right down the street and $ 11 for a dozen. They are fresh, fluffy middle and crispy edges. They have coffee, all the basic donuts and pastries. We’ve been here twice and haven’t been disappointed. The staff is always friendly.

Very delicious donuts at good prices. Definitely recommend the ham and cheese croissant(cheese baked into the bread) and apple fritter. Very unassuming shop, almost missed it since the sign is dwarfed by the one from the neighbouring subway.

I love the coffee, the fast service and of course the donuts. But the coffee is what always has me going.

They have a selection of donuts but you gotta come early because if you get there late they might not have the donuts you want. They have Texas sized donuts for like 3 bucks and its huge! I always come for the cream cheese strawberry croissants or the blueberry cream cheese croissants. Really friendly staff and you see the regulars there.

Donuts are super important to me. And I’ve got to say: Pixie does donuts better than anyone else in the east bay over all. The prices are on point. They rarely if ever run out of the kind you want. The older man who works there is nice as hell. The donuts always taste fresh soft and delicious. I go out of my way to come here for donuts. I usually get the sugar donuts or the jelly donuts, which are both consistently on point. But I’ve also had their croissants [they are effing CRAZYGOOD.], blueberry donut [tasty, cakey, moist and reminiscent of fruity pebbles in aroma… pleasantly so], and glazed french crueller [so fluffy and amazing]. If you like donuts, you have to try Pixie. If you don’t like donuts… reevaluate your life.

Didn’t really like it. The chocolate donuts have a really weird taste to them and they don’t seem fresh. I likely won’t be back

Well we thought we would try this place out since it was in Hayward and had 4 Stars. We bought the Michelin Tire sized Doughnut to just try out and also ordered the Egg Croissant. The Croissant was okay and the Doughnut was good. Glad we checked this place out as they do have quite a few choices.

My wife and I bought 9 donuts here today(neither of us kept track while we were selecting them– I thought for sure that we had reached a dozen). We weren’t given a receipt, but our total was $ 8.10. That translates to $.90 a donut(regular ones were $.85 each last year). Some huge donuts are sold here( ). I was briefly tempted to buy one. The hours are interesting(odd), but they make sense given that this is a donut shop. M-F 4:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sat 5 a.m.-4 p.m.; Sun 6 a.m.-2 p.m. The labels tripped me up. I didn’t see any for donuts(there are only a few labels, and they may be just for the sandwiches that are sold). Their ham, egg and cheese breakfast croissants are supposed to be great. There’s a small fridge inside with a solid selection of drinks. You can also buy coffee and tea here. I thought about taking some pictures inside, but my wife and I were the only customers, and so I felt awkward. Anyway, an Asian couple greeted us. They were both friendly, and the man was quick in getting our donuts. It’s nice inside, and the seating capacity is about 15(it’s much more spacious inside than this suggests). They prefer cash here. Like at Krispy Kreme, specialty donuts are sometimes sold(ex: ). I give the donuts a 9⁄10. They’re a tad doughy, but they taste light(in other words, you may forget that you’re eating something bad for you). The main thing is that they’re very delicious. I think I like the donuts here a bit more than the ones at Ros Donuts and World’s Fare. We received very good service(we were even thanked twice), and very good donuts as well. We’ll be back. Oh yeah.
