Palace Hookah Lounge

Best hookah lounge in whole Bay area. its a little place in the corner of mission street, so you need to keep your eyes wide open, but yeah its not you are gonna miss that place especially on weekends because this place gets really busy and you will see the crowd lined up outside the door. They are really strict about the rules and regulations which is a really good thing, which adds another star to it, they won’t let you in without ID’s. This place turns to small nightclub on weekends as they have a good DJ
Owner is really nice and friendly, they keep a check on every customer and their hooakhs if its not harsh, coals are ok. Hookahs are bomb and their flavors are great. its pretty much same flavors that other places have, but i am talking about their Mixex love their collection, love their hookah.

Aj was great! He made got us everything we asked for and made this an overall great experience! I’m definitely coming back! Also a fun place to go to on the weekends.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It’s wack man. Came here to chill and they kept giving me broken tubes. Couldn’t even get one changed either because there was no one to help us, worst customer service, I don’t know how they stay open honestly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

LOL this place is a joke. I went here last night for an event which was $ 15 for unlimited hookah all night. The hookah bowl wasnt fully packed which is understandable because its unlimited hookah, but then when I asked for a refill they said it would be $ 5 until one of my friends that were preforming asked someone else to refill it for us. A couple minutes later a guy asked us what flavor we wanted and after an hour he still never refilled our hookah and so thats when we left.

This place sucks. No customer service whatsoever. I waited for 30mins jus for the coals to be changed. Place is ghettooooo. Hookah is also average. It’s just a waste of money and time. They charged 60bucks jus for 2 hookah’s. Do NOT go to this place. Not worth it.

Worst place!!! The person who talked to us was rude. Seating area is dirty. Hookah is overpriced. They charged like $ 15 for event something but nothing was going on. I don get why this place had some 5star reviews. Horrible service !!

Nice place went on a Saturday night looking for something to get into came across this place not expensive or to crowded loved the music have plans on returning

This place is hella chill and fun, great customer service. The weekends r cracking and the people here are very friendly. I come here all the time and will always come. They’ve all become like really close friends to me. Aj does a good job at making the hookah and Omar too. On the weekends aj gets the dance floor popping with his dance moves lol. The owner and his wife are very friendly and easy to talk to!

Came here tonight with my friends and we had a great time listening to good music and good customer service and love the guy AJ who works there he has such a great sprit of making people dancing and made us dance too it was truly an amazing experience I will be coming back here this weekend with more friends !!! Can’t wait for the weekends

My fav hookah bar in the East bay! Great customer service and great hookah for the price. I also really like how they’re open till 3am which gives me enough time to chill with friends!

if you want to smoke some hookah and have a good time palace is the place. the staff is very friendly and they have great mixes. their customer service is the best. on weekends they have a dj and play whatever you want to hear. this place is the best to come to any day of the week.

Best Hookah in the East Bay. Costumer service is great also one of the only Hookah lounges that has the infamous CANE MINT — Best strong hitting flavor you can ask for. Environment is great Televisions always are playing football, basketball, soccer, baseballs game. Over all I give Palace Hookah off of Mission Blvd 5 stars. Avoid Blaze Hookah it sucks get a real Palace Hookah experience.

Always come here and it’s always have a good time and enjoy the great customer service the guy who serves the hookah is always friendly the owners are friendly and very welcoming u usually go to other places but this place had a great dj and great music I am definitely coming back here again

Great environment, great prices, great bowls. $ 10 bucks for unlimited bowls the service is great the workers come out and dance with you interact with you. Always have a great time when i go there

I don’t know what the low reviews are for. I truly enjoyed myself when I came on a Friday night lol.
For my first time at hookah I have to say this was the best place to go to! I could hear the loud music as soon as I walked up to the lounge.
It was $ 10 fee to get in which wasn’t that bad. Once I walked in I noticed that the lounge area was smaller than I expected but the way that it was set up was pretty nice and had a small dance area which I noticed people were really enjoying themselves which was good in my eyes because that’s what made it even more interesting that night.
I liked that one if the workers AJ was showing his fancy moves ;) haha which truly made my night.
Music was nice, I like how you can request to hear what you wanted and they will play it right after the previous song finished.
Whenever I wanted my hookah flavor to be changed AJ was right there to change it! I like how the lounge didn’t close til 3 AM.
Bathrooms were very clean! Which was very surprising to me lol. They also had a nice area in the back for people who come in groups :-)
I don’t know how Saturday nights are but I truly enjoy my Friday night I would definitely come back here again when I’m looking for a night to truly enjoyed myself.

Awesome place to go with friends, best flavor «Kane mint» highly recommend, I normally do mint only but now I fell in love with the Kane mint! …they have great service, great music, owners really nice, and puppy Tyson is adorable!

Came here Friday night with some friends… its a good place to go if your just looking for a place to just hang out with friends and smoke some hookah. Place and vibe is laid back and chill. Dj spinning beats and weird netflix movies playing on flat screen. Theres a tiny dance floor for who wants to get down. Patrons vary and everyone was minding their own business.

Came on a Monday night, super dead except the people that were working.
$ 10 a person, extra $ 3 for the milk hookah instead of water. Tried the melon flavor & kiwi strawberry soon after since we get a free refill.
For a slow night the service was slow as well. Meh, I’ve been to better.

Look to all the people writing shit on this place can find a better place and so what if friends are writing good comments it’s a decent price and good hookah if you can’t stand it then sit the Fuck down if u wanna take your cheap ads some where else then go for it not like anyone cares and FRIENDS are there to support a person not down grade or talk shit. …

If you’re driving by the area, its possible that you may mistake this hookah lounge for a smoke shop, but you’re WRONG.
If you step inside you will probably be amazed! The owner renovated the place and it looks really pretty nice on the inside. They have comfy couches and a little dance area for those who like to do that kinda stuff.
The owner is very personable and definitely looks out for his customers! This is a chill place to go listen to some music and smoke hookah. They have a DJ on the weekends, I think his name is DJ VEEN? …not sure but he’s pretty great and plays good music!
