This is facility is uses old computer with intermittent internet connectivity for scanning the finger prints. This facility is being operated a female who barely knows how to get the work done using the computer. We wasted an hour and eventually gave finger prints on a paper using ink. We are still not sure if it would go through and we may have to revisit. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I scheduled my appointment for finger printing between 2PM — 6PM and I got to the location at 4:45PM. The representative was very rude, she was a female. This company should get there hours straight. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I hope they get shut down. I would give them no starts if that was possible.
