Gatech has been servicing the property we manage (100+ units) for several years with no complaints. He is always available and shows up on time. He is knowledgeable and offers competitive rates.
We plan to continue using his services for a long time and recommend others to do the same. We have a quarterly service agreement.

I have an automatic gate at my home and at my rentals and I will only use Marco to service the gates. He is quick and efficient and comes out immediately if there is an emergency with the gates. He also quickly fixed our walk-​thru wrought-​iron gate, which wouldn’t close. Highly recommend…

We have a sliding gate across our driveway. Recently the gate controller quite working. I called two companies, each of which charged us over $ 300.00 to troubleshoot the controller before telling us we needed a whole new system. They each said they would have their sales person call and would deduct the charges from the purchase and installation price of the new system. It was over three weeks before either company called. I finally was referred to Marco Pulido of Gatech by the distributor of our gate controller. Marco showed up and located the problem which was caused by a bad sector on the board. He ordered the new board and had it up and running as soon as the board came in (2 days). He was so helpful and didn’t immediately jump to trying to sell us a new system.
