I have been here several times, and I do recommend this practice. Everyone here is professional and mindful of their duties to patients. Like most dental practices, they are very busy and run a tight ship. It’s not a dental«spa», but it’s modern & more attractive than the former location. I’ve always gotten good care here, but it does help to educate yourself and keep track of your needs. Once, I had to remind them to do the gum measurements(you know, when they call out the 2s 3s 4s, etc.) The dentist assumed my gums were checked after my deep cleaning(scaling), but no such follow-up appointment had been made. I suppose they’d have done it next time, but I wanted to know my gum health post-scaling. They were appreciative of it. The dentists here are professional about answering questions about what is necessary and what are the alternatives, and they’ve followed up in a timely manner with requests for records, etc. The staff is good with billing and pre-approval from your insurance(if you want to know in advance how much they will cover). Be mindful that the gals up front have a lot of little things on their minds at all times. Be friendly and courteous, and they reciprocate. I’m sure they have bad days. But more often that not, you get back what you give. Be a ray of sunshine in their day, and you might be surprised. Normally this would be «yay, I’m a fan» not«as good as it gets», but I’ve shopped around for many dentists for my family, and I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better in-network practice. I changed insurances twice while under their care, and they were always in-network for me. That matters since in-network has negotiated rates and lower copay. Now, I am under yet another network, have moved, and have to decide whether to trek here or find a new dentist. I suppose I could do both for awhile, since my benefits cover two cleanings a year. More important than hunting for the perfect dental practice is to develop a relationship with a dutiful dentist who can track your oral health. And educate yourself.

OMG This place is unbelievable. From beginning to end. You scrape the bottom of your car just getting in the driveway. You walk into a setting from the 60’s from T.V. with rabbit ears to air conditioner stuck in a hole of the wall. The rooms are as antique as they come. You look out a window full of cobwebs at a stag net pond and dried up grape vines. No one smiles, or greets you. I walked in for an appt. and not one person looked up or even said one word. I wish I could say the dental work made up for the crappy atmosphere but from it. :(
