My husband and I been to this one plenty of times. They are always fully stock of food. The location is not bad. Great food at good prices. I think they picked up their game since they open. That’s +++!!!

Sodas are kind of expensive $ 1.10 can $ 1.79 Fountain and I don’t think the refills are free since the machine is behind the counter but I could be wrong.

The quality in customer service lacked as I asked for a fresh batch of Teriyaki Chicken because I was going to order more than what they had in their hot line. They told me it would take 15 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, one of their employees said they had not started and they were not going to make it.

Just moved to Hayward so I had to find a Chinese fast food spot nearby. This one is down the street from me. Don’t come here expecting traditional Chinese Food. It’s fast, American-​Chinese food, but it’s really good quality.
Everything that we tried was very good. Great flavor and fresh. Three of us got a three-​item plates and we all got different items, so we we’re able to try several dishes.
The food didn’t taste like it was sitting under warmers for very long like other places I’ve been to! They give you a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Awesome job, Frannie’s!
Unfortunately, the drive-​thru is out of service.

Not your fanciest or best Chinese food, but good amount of food, and there are always good options to choose from.
Definitely better than a lot of other places and cheaper than a lot of other places.
The place is usually pretty slow when I go there so its not a bad wait.
I’ve never eaten there but the place is clean enough.

This food is nothing special by any means but you’re getting Chinese takeout! Yay.
They usually have great deals here, so you can get a buy 2 get 1 free deal… good for 2 item combos with fried rice/​noodles. If you’re buying for the office, this is a great location.
The food is bland, but loaded with MSG. No fine dining here. I’ve always gotten fast, and nice service! Fried rice and noodles taste like you’re eating it for the calories!
Overall, would recommend if you’re just trying to satisfy a craving or get a quick, cheap bite.

I have been here several times and I was at first excited to see a new place like this open. They ruined that pretty quickly.
ALWAYS they never have enough to order their family meals and there is no coordination between the front and back about what is needed. You wanted sweet and sour pork? Person in front will tell you 10 minutes and the person in back will cook more chow mein, then rice, then kung pao chicken, etc. etc. then 30 minutes have passed and she already has everything boxed up getting cold still and you start asking about a refund because they still are not making more sweet and sour pork but they will argue with you about how they dont give refunds and tell you: he mak’a i ri’ now. She will start helping other customers with you standing there and complaining and just ignore you.
I have on multiple visits had people beg for money in the restaurant.
The food is just ok. You can get the same or better from Panda Express so 1 star

eats: one entrée and white rice (3.38)
–white rice not fresh, sticky, gummy, choose rice cuz chow mein/​fried rice might not be fresh. note: i only eat rice a few times a month though.
–marinated pork pieces had an aftertaste, no doubt msg.
take outs:
–drive thru available
–steam table had 10 offerings, beans, broculli probably a better choice.
–fast, courteous service as it was.
2.5 stars good value but not fresh…
