I also do telephone service, but in San Francisco. I am a one-​man shop, and I often get requests for telephone/​data service, wiring, etc., where the jobs are more complicated, and require more than one tech on-​site. For such requests, I am always happy to recommend Executive Phone Service to the customers. I’ve seen the work that Dave and his crew do, The job is always clean and professional They also work with telephone systems with which I don’t have expertise, and am again very happy to recommend customers to Dave.

Very happy with David, Lisa and Cesar. They came to our office to assess our phone system when my old vendor could not be found. We needed the power supply replaced in our Nortel phone system. Their response time was excellent, professional and reliable. I am very pleased to state that we now have a new phone vendor we can rely on. Yea!!!

Executive Phone Service understands phone systems. We had an electrical fire in our medical office which burned out our entire phone system. I was referred to Executive Phone Service in a desperate situation. Dave, the owner, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to quote a new Panasonic system, get the parts and thanks to his professional, experienced technicians, able to install the new system and have the new phones up and running within 1 ½ days. The technicians continued the installation and finished it up while the office was functioning. The company has the depth to get the job done quickly, efficiently and as a bonus the technicians that worked on my job were without attitude and really aimed to please.
I can recommend them to install a quality phone system.

5 stars for this organization, great service. They came in and saved our 20 year old Lucent phone system on short notice. We will be working with them in future for all our business phone needs.

If they are the last people on earth left to service my phone system, I would not call them. They are absolutely the worst. For the trumped up charges, he took us to small claims court and there were 13 other businesses for similar accusations including other reputable businesses in the Bay Area such as doctors offices and a well known appliance retailer. Take our (see other Unilocal comments) word for it and call anyone but the Executive Phone Service.

Watch out before calling this company. Be warned about their travel and overtime policy. They will volunteer to come out and give you a quote and then send you a bill. I would get all charges in writing up front with a disclaimer that they cannot bill you for anything unless it is in writing up front and signed by both parties. Because I don’t like to have to work this way with vendors, I would not use them.
