My fave 10K! Cheap entry includes shirt w/​reusable grocery bag, and best part proceeds go back to the nature center. Really love the low-​key community feel of this race. Incredible views of SF Bay/​Estuary. Only downside wish they had more than just fruits and water for post-​race. I will most definitely run this next year!

This was a great race. Very mellow, community-​centric. Flat as could be.
Out and back loop along a peaceful marsh trail, with water stations.
This was my first 10k and I really enjoyed it. It didn’t have the excited, zany vibe of a big race, but it also didn’t have the added stress or difficult parking or the mile-​long lines for the port-​a-​potty (there’s a nice visitors’ center with actual bathrooms). I would definitely do it again!
