I visited today and the employees are so unprofessional. They talk like they have no education and complain about their job. upon walking in the lady in the register hollers NEXT in the most rudest way. And the gentleman next to her speaking to a customer as if he were in the streets. No professionalism what so ever

Tried to do a Western Union transaction. No body knew how to do it, it seems. They told me to do one thing then said oh you didn’t need to do that. Then told me to do something else. Oops that was wrong as well. Finally, they said they would have to call WU’s national headquarters to find out what to do. They need training!

My first time visiting their pharmacy today and I must say Veronica at the pharmacy register was awfully rude!!! They were just trying to get everyone out quickly!!! Customers should always come first and I believe in going out of your way to please the customer!!! I will NEVER bring my business there again, I will use Target or CVS, where they are professional and friendly!!!

Coming to this Walgreens was a disappointment. The employees working were rude and the place looked really dirty. While checking out I asked the lady if an item that I was procuring was on sale and she nearly yelled at me, rolling her eyes she responded that what ever it was marked at was the price. I come to walgreens to avoid the hassle of the big stores where you have to walk around endlessly to find a a product, and also the huge lines. This walgreens nonetheless had huge lines, one checkout stand open and three employees sitting around the checkout area chit chatting amongst themselves. They might have been on break, and if they were they should stay out of site. Otherwise they just make it seems like they are lazy and careless. The only reason I would come back to this store is; Umh, yeah, no I won’t be coming back to place!

Yes, lines can be long at this place and it can be hard to get through on the phone at times. Whenever I’m here, I see how understaffed the poor pharmacists are– probably more so here than at any other walgreens I’ve been to.(Walgreens corporate, if you’re reading this, give these guys more help!!! They deserve it) The reason for my 5 star review, however, is the amazing customer service I’ve received each and every time. Jose, Christine and Taishana are amazing and surprisingly friendly for all the crap they seem to have to deal with on the regular. I’m a regular customer and they know me by name. The other day, I ran out of refills on my inhaler(yes I know, my bad) and it was after my drs office had closed(also my bad), so rather than making me wait til the following day and risk having an asthma attack, Jose gave me an emergency fill and called my doctor the next day to notify them and add more refills. That happened once at a CVS(again, I know, I’m not the best at staying on top of my refill situation), and the pharmacy manager there refused to do anything until they could speak to my doctor.(But that’s another review for another time). So anyway, yes, it may be frustrating to get through to anyone here, but once you do, it will be worth it. To the reviewers who have negative comments: exercise patience and you will see a big difference.

The store staff used to be friendly, however the pharmacists offer horrendous service. They are the rudest pharmacists I have ever encounter, especially their«supervisor» Jose! He is insensitive and acts as if he is the ruler of the freaking world. They are all judge mental and completely unprofessional. If they hate their jobs so much they need to find a different career. Attitude like theirs is why people are using other pharmacies instead!!!

Super south from where I need to be, but the pharmacy wasn’t crowded, they had my prescription in stock, and they gave me a 20 minute wait time, which is the best I’ve heard in a Los Angeles area Walgreens by far.

I was excited when this store opened. It replaced a hideous knock-off perfumery. Walgreens tend to be cleaner and have great specials. I used to go to the Sav-On across the street, but when they were bought out by CVS, I started patronizing Walgreens more. The familiar layout of Walgreens makes it easy to find things here. The pharmacy is in the rear of the store, to the right. They have been helpful when I’ve needed them.(buying cold medicine, etc.) Heaven help you, though if you need the restroom. They will buzz you in, but the hallway is so cluttered with merchandise that you could get lost. The main check out can get a little busy. But, you can go to the makeup counter and pay for things there. Saves you lots of time. In the back left corner of the store, either on the endcap or in the 2nd to last row, they have the $ 1 section. I find all kinds of bargains there. like cotton swabs, dishwashing soap, crackers, etc. My ONLY complaint about this location is their stocking. There are often items listed on the shelf tag but are missing. For example, I buy distilled water. They have it listed but rarely have it in stock. It just teases me. I’m willing to pay more for the convenience of getting it at Walgreens over the grocery store. They have a huge selection of gift cards, too. That surprised me. If you are looking for gag gifts or cheesy holiday decorations, they’ve got whole rows dedicated to that crap. Love them!
