Wish I could give a zero rating. The complex is full of gang-​bangers, drugs are dealt on premises in public areas. Security is practically non existent. Apartments are kept in a poor state of repair and are full of mold, my family’s health suffered while we were there. Tenants come last and the housing cides are routinely ignored. The owners and management are only interested in money. Had to take them to court for trying to defraud us of owed rent rebate and security deposit. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Thee most Horrible to live. It will effect your health and your children’s if you have any; you’d rather be homeless. It’s about $ 900 for 1 bedrm 1 bath. Not a safe place to live. You can tell what activities goes on but you’ll have to ignore it yet you still pay rent in full! Management after hours are crap! They don’t want to fix anything. MOLDS on walls. Sure they will fix it by painting over it! Rats? Lots of roaches ??? They don’t care. They keep your deposit and make it very difficult to get it back. You can tell only desperate people live in the building because they have no where else to live. It’s a shame that this place is even operated the way it is! Management is horrible and heartless. It’s how they’re trained!

Management is TERRIBLE! That’s why they had to create fake reviews to make themselves look good. Mold problem is terrible they just paint over it. They’re never in the office. It’s not a gated community none of the doors lock. They never fix anything. They said they couldn’t put screens on my windows until they themselves made them! From the outside it looks nice once you hand them the money it’s a different story! They are money hungry people that do not care for their tenants well being.

This place sucks! You DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! I regretted my decision to move in immediately. The apt was not ready and if took over a month just to get hot water going. This building is poorly msnaged and all the tenants will tell you that repairs to units do not come swift or easy. Save yourself the trouble and keep searching.
