If you need help with your phone or any Sprint related questions, you’re better off asking the Starbucks next door for help. The customer service I received has been the worst I have experienced from a Sprint store. There were 5 employees in this small establishment and I needed help with my phone and clear up some charges on my bill. All of the staff members were occupied but one managed to get customer care on the line to help clear some charges from my bill. I saw that 2 employees were free because I still needed some help with some glitches on my phone. I stood up to let them know I needed help and they asked me to wait and would call me when they were free. I waited 20 minutes and I’m now in the store with 1 other customer and 5 staff members. All the staff members were talking really loud about their personal affairs, joking around, and mocking a client who had previously left the store a few minutes before. As they continued to joke around one of the guys saw me shaking my head at their rude comments and asked,” why are you still here?”… Are you f! cking kidding me? I told them the reasons for my visit and I told them that if they weren’t so consumed by themselves and mocking clients, that they may have noticed that I have not been helped . Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for help. This location should cease to exist if they keep hiring employees like the ones that were there yesterday. And judging by some of the previous reviews– I’m not to only one.

I don’t care for this location. The staff as too busy flirting and watching«World Star Hip Hop» on their phone! I hated going in their due to a prior experience as well that was bad. :(All I wanted was a charger for my phone that was all. In and out especially since my sister and I were the only ones that came in the store. He saw that I wasn’t laughing or «playing around» He said«oh are you the mean one?» Huh? Won’t be goig their again. Too much horseplay.

Walked in to get some questions answered but wasn’t ready to purchase a phone right away(on a family plan so didn’t have the full family’s buy-in yet). I mentioned this right away to the sales reps who were very understanding and still super helpful. I was helped out immediately even though there were already 3 customers there and was patiently walked through all the steps and the«fine print» concerns that I had. Loved that you could also pick up the phones to try them out as most stores I see have them stuck to the table. Good sprint store experience for me!

I went into this Sprint store to get a new iPhone 6 for my wife and everything was great until, before we finalize the sale, Andrew the salesperson, told me that I needed to buy an accessory of about $ 55.00 worth in order to get a new phone. I didn’t like the idea of being force to buy an accessories that I didn’t want so that I could get a new phone. He offered me a case for the phone that was worth exactly the amount that I needed to spend. Since the phone was for my wife I wanted her to choose her own case, plus their cases are too expensive. I told him that I would return another day and that’s when he spoke to his manager and the manager agreed that if I purchased a screen protector which was worth about $ 40 that I could get the phone. I was in a hurry and I wanted the phone so I agreed to the sale. When I got back to my office I decided to call customer service and complain about this situation. I was surprised when the customer service representative told me that this was not right and that I should not have been forced to buy something in order to get a new phone. Customer service told me to return the screen protector, get my money back and plus they offer me more discounts and an apology. I am writing this in order to warn people that if this happens please call customer service and let them know about this deceitful scam and don’t buy any accessories even if they tell you that’s their policy, you’re not required to buy any accessories in order to get a new phone. Sprint service has always been great in my opinion that’s why I’ve been with them so long but this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this.

So I’ve been sitting here for almost 30 minutes now without being helped. There are multiple customers waiting around while this guy that works here chats about unrelated things. I’m growing impatient. This is unprofessional.

not a helpful place, had to go there 4 times to get one phone fixed, the staff seemed too busy interacting with each other to help out others. i waited for a while to get service only to have the guy tell me that they are closing in an hour and to come back tomorrow. next time i went back then, he looked at my phone, and just said, your battaries are dead,(no duh, my phone isn’t working and it wasn’t charging!) overall crappy coustomer service, will not go here again, and also will not be using spirnt for long.
