Pizza Hut

Got a dinner box because it comes with slices of pizza, cinnamon sticks, and breadsticks… How could you go wrong. As I walked in The people greeted me however it took several minutes for them to take my payment for my order. After I paid they show me my order and left it on the desk but did not inform me it was ready to go or that they were further steps– what did you expect from a Pizza Hut?
I got home and begin to eat my pizza and noticed my pieces of meat look like walnuts. Seriously people the sausage looks like walnuts. But again what did you expect from a Pizza Hut? The food does what it’s supposed to do fill you up but it is in no means the best pizza or best food you would have. It’s mate when you simply want something on your stomach and are too lazy to go get fine dining.

Okay, it’s been over one week since I posted my comments. I contacted both this store and the corporate office. The store personnel were rude, informed me of the «owner’s » name and was told to call the corporate office. Then immediately and without hesitation I was hung up on. So as instructed I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. Of course, everyone I spoke to were polite and seemed accommodating. However, no one there could find either of the two emails I sent prior. Humm. ALSO I found out the alleged owner’s name of the local questionable Pizza Hut was not even close to being correct. Corporate informed me I would be contacted by the regional/​district manager within 72 hours. Yep, you guessed it-​There wasn’t any further communication from Pizza Hut. So there you have it, if the upper management shows no interest then how could you expect anyone at the store level to care. Sure hope the driver, James, receives some positive acknowledgement but I don’t believe this will occur either. In conclusion, anyone who wants a good, trustworthy pizza, GO ELSEWHERE.

Tried to order the med pizza special and was told I couldn’t because they are out of med pizza. I asked if they could substitute the lg for med and was told no. I will no longer be a patron of Pizza Hut.

Ordered pizza online at this location, pizza was hot and ready when it was supposed to be, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, food was very good! No complaints! Thanks Pizza Hut!

This place is the worst they took over an hour and a half to deliver a pizza they are so rude on the phone when asking about the pizza over an hour and a half to get my order the worst place to have deliver

Just received a delivery order from this location. All of the pizzas were undercooked. Cheese wasn’t melted and bread was still dough. I called and asked for a refund obviously. The General Manager, Jocelyn, refused. She said that I needed to dig the food out of the trash where the kids had spit the pizza out and return THE SPAT OUT PIZZA to them if I wanted any sort of refund. She spoke like I was absurd for asking for a refund and said «…unless you provide the spat out food how could you expect to return it.» Apparently there is no one higher than her in the store. Very shocking that a returning customer was treated this way. I can’t believe she is running this place. However I see how low the reviews are, so maybe the owner just enjoys losing money because of his horrible staff. Will never go there again. In fact, I may just stop going to pizza hut unless they give me my money back.

After a long day of celebrating birthday surprises my family and I started craving some pizza. We decided to order from one of the places we usually choose from– Pizza Hut. Never have we ever had a problem with their food, or their service. We usually order over the phone but this time I decided I would like to try to order our food online. I pulled up the website and submitted our order which consisted of a large pepperoni pizza with pineapple and jalapeños. We also ordered a side of cinnamon sticks. Our order was completed at 6:00. My confirmation email said the order would arrive exactly at 7:49. As the clock continues to click we still have not received our pizza– it is 8:28 PM. After the pizza was 15 minutes late I decided to call the store and speak with the manager. First off, the girl who answered the phone was rude and took over 5 minutes to get the manager. When the manager did get on the phone 1. He was very unhelpful. 2. Very unconcerned. And 3. Gave us $ 10 credit for a FUTURE order when I clearly stated we would no longer order from them. After hanging up from frustration I called back again and asked to speak with the manager– another 5 minute wait.(keep in mind still no pizza). He then said he would give it to us for $ 17 but the driver has to go back to Pizza Hut to get a discount paper and I have to sign. That’s unacceptable. I demanded I wanted my meal for free. He said the ONLY way that was possible was to drive down there, and pick it up myself. I find this ridiculous. He included a «free» soda which was NOT the liter they promised us. The food FINALLY arrived after almost an hour. There is no way I will ever order from them again.
Update: Our food is COLD!!! Thanks a lot John, you are a very rude manager.

Quoted 25 minute wait time. Front desk handed us a pizza saying the order, «shoooould be correct». It wasn’t… Have to wait another 30 mins in the super cramped «lobby».

This Pizza Hut sucks!!! I ordered my pizza at 5pm didn’t get it till 6pm and it was COLD!!! And to top it off the delivery boy forgot to give me my ranch and so I waited another 20 min for him to come back. It’s a nightmare ordering from here. Papa Johns is what I’ll be ordering next time.

I ordered a large pizza and wings (I was down imperial and Hawthorne) @930 pm online. It said it would take an hour to get to the hotel. Fine. 1045, came and nothing. 11:00pm came and nothin. I called and the guy said the order was out for delivery already so it should arrive any minute. I waited another hour for my food and still no sign. Horrible. Second time this happens. This time I ordered domino’s and just cancelled my order with pizza hut. FYI domino’s was at the door in 45min. Thanks dominos! :) only reason why they get 1 star is because it’s mandatory to put a star rating.

Pizza took forever and the people who ordered after me got their pizza before me. Place is tiny and just one bench to sit on inside. Pizza was pretty greasy.

Been thinking about pizza for a while so thought pizzahut. Next time I’ll think again. Got a thin crust it taste like I was trying to eat card board. It was so so gross. I know it is fast food but isn’t it still supposed to be food? In one word gross. Won’t repeat.

Wow, this chain should monitor there stores! First the girl that answered sounded like I pissed her off by calling, then immediately she told me it would be over an hour for delivery, then they didn’t carry the cheesy bites pizza, so we ordered other stuff that cost $ 50 & i told her to bring change for a $ 100 bill, she said no they only carry $ 15, I told her that all she would have to bring was $ 43 and I know he will be delivering to others before me so he’ll have more than $ 15.on him, she said sorry maam.sarcasticly.
Pizza Hut, I’ll go to Domino’s from now on!

This place is upsetting. I ordered a pizza online half with no cheese the other with. When my pizza was delivered it had cheese on the side it wasnt supposed to. When the driver gave it to me I swear she waited a few seconds bc she knew it was wrong. Too bad I didn’t check it before she pulled out! Like get it together. Plus I left a tip! You make things wrong and then get upset when we call and want a replacement.

Dude. It’s 530 and my pizza still isn’t here.

Ok so update– hour 45 minutes. It showed up ice cold. Not well done– Infact it was raw dough.
I called the manager and complained and you know what he asked me? How much did you pay? I handed the driver a 10 spot since I made my own price at this late rate. And the driver didn’t even look at bill.
Go future. Looks like I won this battle.

I went there to try their gluten free pizza made with Udis bread. The crust was hard as a rock. I called the manager to let her know my pizza was over cooked. The manager said that is the way it’s cooked and that’s how it is always. I by Udis crust from the store and it’s not that hard. So pizza hut get it together. I wont be buying your gluten free pizza anymore. Yuck

Last night was my LAST time ordering from PH. Ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni, salami and banana peppers the pizza had so many areas of NO CHEESE on it that I had no other choice but to request that they make another before I left the store. 20 mins later they produced a pizza with literally (I counted) 4 pieces of salami and about 12 pepperoni slices on an 8 slice pizza (averaging less than 2 pepperoni per slice), in an act of sarcasm they piled TOO MUCH cheese on the pizza causing it to be mushy because the dough nor cheese cooked all the way through. I took some slices for the kids and put it back in the oven. DISGUSTING and I’m DISGUSTED!

Online order deals are awesome and super affordable! I was impressed with the estimating delivery time: 45mins, pizza came in 25 mins! Score!
I had ordered 8pc wings, ranch was missing :(but nonetheless the pepperoni and mushroom pizza hit the spot!

I ordered it once and I am not gonna order from this location again. The wings was not cooked properly, probably the worst wings I ever had in pizza hut. Really disappointed.
I did not find the staff friendly. So thats it.
