This place has gone down the drain employee-wise. I wrote a five star review of this restaurant a while back and now my family won’t go back to this location, ever again. I literally just got skipped in line FOUR times because they made my hot sub and didn’t make the cold ones! And on top of it, they made them on the wrong type of bread and didn’t ask if I wanted more toppings on the hot sandwich. The girl putting the toppings on was cleaning lettuce off of the cutting board area with her hand and throwing it back into the«fresh lettuce» with pieces of other toppings in it! And they were laughing and giggling and taking their time! I feel like this place has gone from being a place of excellent customer service to some kind of social center! They NEED to get that awesome tall bald guy back to whip this set of employees into shape. It seems like whichever Jersey Mike’s he’s at tends to kick some serious a** in the employee department I have to do it. This is usually my favorite place to get a sandwich but my latest visit was slightly less than five-star. Nobody was rude or anything, and the food was great, but I was carrying a sleeping baby and I was the o my customer in the store. There were about 6 employees being so loud and laughing/playing catch with something over the counter. which is totally fine if there aren’t sleeping babies for customers underneath. They were young, I’ve been there, I get it. I just can’t in good conscience keep a 5 star review up for a place that literally watched me struggle to walk out of their store with a soda in one of the hands my daughter was in, and a paper bag full of sandwiches in my mouth. No hard feelings, J-mikes. But I hope these new employees take a lesson from the older ones, who by the way we’re freakin awesome.

Have been here a few times and usually I am very satisfied. Today was different. I had to repeat my order 4 times before they got it right, and it was a simple order of 2 sandwiches, nothing complex. I told her everything except mayo, she was going to leave my bacon off and when i questioned her about it, her reasoning was, i had said no mayo. Makes no sense to me, she did not appear to be to bright. And she had her hair in ponytails over her shoulder. Anyone preparing food should have their hair pulled back not hovering over food.

My favorite sandwiches here are the club sub & the chipotle steak sandwich. I always ask to hold the onions & sub provolone cheese because I don’t like American cheese. They cook it on a grill and the guy messed up my order. He seemed like he didn’t care and was goofing off. He corrected the order and redid my sandwich. Luckily this has only occurred once & never again.

So before I pull off… I need to write a review on the SERVICE that I just received from here. Smh. I called in my order and PAID for it over the phone just so it can be a smooth transaction when I get there… Bc lets be serious– no one has time for it. Pat/Pam assures me that my sandwich would b ready in 10 minutes. Dear Pat/Pam don’t promise your customers that if you are backed up with orders. When I get there of course there’s a line and my sandwiches are nowhere in sight. Oh! I forgot to mention that I got there in 15 minutes instead of the 10 she told me. There was one customer ahead of me in the pick up line and when it was my turn I gave Pat/Pam my name and she asks me for $ 44. I looked at her like… Ughhh I paid! Then she went through her receipts and what do u know… I sure did pay. She tells me they’re working on my last sandwich. Btw– I ordered 3GIANT sandwiches. Guess what guys? They didn’t even start on my sandwiches. I waited an EXTRA20 minutes and they had the slowest guy working on my sandwiches. He had the nerve to stock his area and work on my sandwiches at the same time. There was a worker just standing their laughing and talking when she could have been helping him work on the sandwiches. «Less talking more working please» This was a HORRIBLE experience. I have them ‘a star’ bc the sandwiches are great the service not so much. Smh. This is a warning for those of you who are thinking you Can order — –pay over the phone… It’s not going to be as smooth as they promise u.

Normally this is a 4 – 5 star place but I literally had no in more than one bit of my sandwich. Their bread is kinda tasty but i prefer sabdwish to toast. The service was lacking… as i sit here i currently have 6 staff members chatting not necessarily about work. While the few people behind the counter bust there behinds hopping. However it make the service slow. I feel sorry for the people ACTUALLYWORKING! Ummm i hate that so down from 3 – 2. I do admit this one is normally worth the 30mi ute drive as the ones closer to me have a chronic meat shortage. As in they have it they just give you haft the meat you normally get at this one. Bad show this time. I hope you redeem yourself next time and i can update with more stars.

For the most part Jersey Mikes deserve four stars or more, you pick the sandwich they cut the meat and it’s usually pretty fresh but this particular location they don’t seem to pay much attention to what you’re asking you have to tell them more than once and at least three out of the five times I’ve been here they get it wrong. But I keep coming here because it’s local to me, there is one less than another mile or so away but I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are always busy and like I said the sandwiches are pretty much always good. Once the staff picks it up and pays a little more attention this would definitely be a five-star location

Horrible staff! Horrible Service!!! Been here several times and EVERY time I’ve been here in the evening, they get my order wrong. Enough is enough. The cashier put in the order incorrectly and the employee working the back making the hot subs made a chicken parm sub which is not what i ordered, the cashier advised the guy in the back that it was suppose to be a meatball sub and they began bickering back and forth. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. I know the manager working the day shift takes care of business cause my day trips to this location are non problematic and always correct. I ended calling them back because I was unable to return and spoke with a girl named Aja. She took my information down and said I should be expecting a call back from a manager tomorrow morning from either Ashley or Walled. We will see how that goes. I will check back with you fellow Unilocalers tomorrow.

This is the first ever Jersey Mike’s I have been too and I keep coming back. It is very close to my work and Costco. The parking lot is shared by a lot of other businesses. The staff is very efficient, one person starts your order by preparing the bread and slicing the meats and cheese. The next person puts the toppings on and cuts and packages up your sandwich and the cashier charges you. My favorite is the Original Italian sub. They slice Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo on white bread. They do have a wheat option if that is your cup of tea. I ordered the giant size so I can eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. If you do this I would recommend not getting it Mike’s Way(with all the vinegar and oils) because the sandwich will be soggy by dinner time.

So I just had my first Jersey Mike’s experience and it was really quite good. Bread was fresh, tuna wasn’t overly mayonnaise based and staff was friendly. I was asked if I wanted a «Mike swipe» and the friendly girl finishing my sandwich patiently explained what it was. Regular size was very filling and sandwich, drink, chips and cookie cost around $ 13 with a small tip. Very reasonable to me! Thanks for a yummy sandwich and a great first Jersey Mike’s experience.

I’m more of a subway gal, but Jersey Mikes is always delicious. The lines move fast, so you’re never in there for too long. And the employees are always nice and helpful. I always get the #8 Mikes way. So gooood! They slice the bread and meat right in front of you so you know everything is fresh. And they load the ingredients on there, so you have a nice, big, fresh, deli sandwich right before your eyes. They also offer 3 different sizes. Mini, Reg, and Large. A large feeds both me and my fiancé and its under $ 10! Can’t go wrong there.

Very traditional deli sandwich, but in the best possible way. The meat was well-sliced, fresh and didn’t taste processed, same goes for the cheese. The oregano on it just took the cake, though — I will never eat a sandwich without it again. This place was easily among the best delis I’ve ever eaten at.

I mean I like the sandwiches but I truly despise the set-up/process. They have like 10 employees which is promising but, the line doesn’t move. You got one guy slicing deli meat and two dudes composing sandwiches. When I want to eat here, I have to seriously consider whether or not I want to sacrifice my entire lunch period. I am currently in line with only 3 people ahead of me and I haven’t moved in about 5 mins. When I walked in nobody was behind me but now there are 10.

I will never come here knowing its a Sunday afternoon and it’s slow. I got here to get two subs. There were three other customers behind me, they got their sandwiches, they already left and one was already eating his and I was there standing waiting for my to go subs Then I’ve asked where’s mine and they forgot to do it. It took him two minutes to prepare a Rueben sandwich and now my sandwich is not even hot or warm. I’m so disappointed.

Can you please assigned a person that moved fast and knows what’s he’s doing. Right now it’s Sunday, October 306:24pm And looks like this location is short of staff. Line is too long and there’s only one cashier. Usually if the good crews are working work flows good but today is worst

This place caught my eye as I was pulling in to Costco, so after my Costco shopping I walked over to have a look. I’m from the Philadelphia/South Jersey area, so I was reluctant to order anything at first – I needed to observe the scene, for surely they couldn’t match a hoagie shop from back East… or could they? I asked about what their cheese steaks were like, and it sounds like it’s the way it’s supposed to be done. But instead, I ordered a mini-sized Italian hoagie with everything on it except mayo and that relish stuff(I’ll try that next time). There was oil coming through the bag a bit, and when I got home and ate it the bread was a bit soggy, but I thought it was just great that way. Something really bothered me, though. When I was told the total, I pulled out my credit card. The woman at the register told me that I’d see a series of questions and then(blah blah blah…). A series of questions? Turns out, there is that screen where they’re asking for a tip(which I think is wrong to do at a hoagie shop), and not only that, they show the math for whichever tip you’d like to give, with examples of how much a 10%, 20%, etc. tip will be for your particular order(as if the general public has no general math skills). Why is this hoagie shop asking me to provide a tip? I tip at restaurants when I’m being served, plate by plate, enjoying the full experience. This is an ‘order at the counter, pay and go’ place. Really, Jersey Mike’s, this bothers me. Through the experience of ordering and getting my sandwich I thought that the employees were kind and efficient. But then I see this ‘begging for a tip’ screen and it ruins the entire experience of my first time at a Jersey Mike’s Subs.

This is the best Jersey Mikes I have visited and come here often. Great staff, very friendly, there are occasionally some long lines but they get through it very quickly. Bread I got is always fresh and they hook up your sandwiches. I’ve been to about a half dozen Jersey Mike’s around Southern California, the sandwich themselves all taste similar enough(the #8, 95% of the time).but this location is by far my favorite.

I’ve been here a few times now and really enjoy it. It’s really the best chain sub shop around in my opinion. The store is clean and attractive — in that franchise decorated kind of way. The location is in a pretty busy center, especially during the lunch hour, but there is still plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly while still being efficient, which is actually more important to me. I would rather have a jerk make my sandwich right then a sweetheart screw it up :) As for the quality of the food — it was great and consistently so over multiple visits! The ingredients are all fresh and the meats & cheeses are sliced to order. Is it better then Subway? Yes it is but it also costs more. Still all in all it is a good value. Tip: Try your sandwich«Mike’s Way», at least on your first visit; after all it is called Jersey Mike’s. I get the Jersey Mike’s Original(Provolone, Ham, Prosciuttini, Cappacuolo, Salami & Pepperoni) done Mike’s Way(Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil & Spices) it’s big and really good.

Little place, big sandwich. 6 tables in and 2 out. I love Jersey Mike’s, but not so much this location during a lunch rush. With nearby large companies and a very popular lot, both parking and seating can be a problem. Take it from me: call in your order, and take it to go. What do I like? — — — — — — – A regular(7″) Turkey Breast & Provolone — great! Don’t get the mini(5″) or the large(14−15″)…it’s a texture thing for the bread… and the regular is perfect. What don’t I like? — — — — — — — – Anything with ham on it. Again, texture issue — even sliced, it’s tough. Whereas, the Turkey, is soooo tender and amazing. What do I have to try? — — — — — — — — — – On my agenda: a Philly Cheesesteak, Roast Beef & Provolone, Meatball, and Tuna. Yes, I have a lot to do.
