My dog was attacked today by another dog that was unattended. The owner left his dog not anchored to anything outside of the store. As my dog was being attacked I was screaming for help from any human being around. Like most people nowadays they all just gathered around the door and just watch. I managed to get my dog free but I also was looking for a place to hide to see how bad my dog’s wounds were. So I went into the store to get away from the other dog. I was approached by an employee from the store saying«I need you and your dog outside of the store». I explained to him that I was just attacked and I’m trying to get away from that other animal. He said, «ok, you need to do that outside». What a FUCKINGPRICK! I know it has nothing to do with the store or its products but how can an employee be cold hearted to the fact that my dog was wounded. HORRIBLEEMPLOYEEHEWAS.

I wish I could give this store zero stars but unfortunately the app won’t allow me. This store is conviniently located in my area, but I rather drive a couple more miles to another one for the following reasons, cleanliness is not part of their work ethic at all, trash everywhere and the smell is unique to this store only, the employees seem to not give a care in the world about customer service it looks like they take pride in not helping people in the least. So if you want come take a look but there are far better stores elsewhere.

Cashier’s are the slowest I’ve ever came across, employees are careless, place is your typical 99c store. Small, over crowded, dirty, nothing special.

Cashiers need to be better trained. Scan items individually especially if they are different. I corrected a cashier on her mistake & she dismissed me by saying she did not charge me for my air fresh because she scanned my Crystal Light twice and said they were the same price… Yeah great if you would of just done your job right. I would not have looked like a rude B. Cashier: Cristina.

I always go here and pick up odds and ends at a very low price. 99c. I didn’t like that they were still stocking at around 10:00 something in the morning. Boxes were all over the place. I thought they have people that do that at night. Well when checking out cashier greets you. She wraped salsa that was in glass with newspaper. I never seen that done but I guess she wanted to be careful. Overall if your on. a budget this store is the one. But they need to do all that stock work at night. Boxes shouldn’t be all over the place

Try to avoid this location if possible… I wish I had! I have a handful of 99 cent stores around me but I was in a hurry and needed a gift bag so I stopped at this store. I parked on the street side(Hawthorne Blvd.) and was quickly irritated to find out they have the entrance to the street side blocked off and you have to go around the back to enter. The inside looks dingy and worn out… just looks dirty all around. I walked through every aisle and everything was unorganized. This location is not big whatsoever so they don’t carry everything most 99 cent stores do. I have to remember not to stop by again, there are other 99 cent stores just a few blocks away. I like the 99 cent store but maybe I’m spoiled with decent one’s around me that have a friendlier staff and don’t make me want to spray Lysol on myself after I leave =/

You have to park out back because the door on Hawthorne Blvd is closed. The staff is friendly. The selection is a little spare, but pretty much standard 99 cents only fare. I like the one 5 blocks away better.
