A couple of years ago, our pool was so green and we were so desperate to clear it up before our party which was in a couple of weeks. Salvador told us that he could make it crystal clear again and gave us a quote (which I should’ve gotten in writing) but later raised the price after the first visit because he figured it was going to take him and his crew multiple times and more chemicals to clear it up. Really? Why give an estimate for then? I don’t recommend this guy for any services. He’s a big FLAKE!!! Can’t give him zero stars because Unilocal won’t let me.

Initially came in at a very low price. Then wanted to overcharge for every option. Didn’t return phone calls after he sent out a second estimate for pool remodeling. He appeared not interested in earning my by business and was somewhat rude and arrogant when being asked questions. Hired another Pool Contractor for far less who appeared to understand basic customer service and was far more appreciative of my business.

I have to start off by saying that I am VERY grateful to Salvador and his impressive service. This is our first pool and I was terrified at the cost of repairs. After getting many estimates from other pool contractors I found Digital Pool and Spa and I am SO glad I did. Salvador came out to give me a free estimate on the replaster. He gave me a great price that included the replastering, replumbing, and tile. It was the best deal all around. He made sure that the workers came out in a timely manner and that all the work we agreed upon was completed. He went above and beyond and included other items, like new steps on the pool and the start up chemicals. My pool looks awesome!

I called at noon to fix my pool and came that evening to replace my motor. I called about four other repairmen and they were the cheapest. The owner came out with his workers Saturday evening and was done within less than an hour. Everything work out great

I used Digital Pool and Spa to refinish my existing pool to an expsoed aggregate (pebble finish). I decided to use him in part by the price and I wanted to give the business to a smaller company where I could deal directly with the owner. Salvador was in and out on our pool, from start to finish it was 3 days and my pool looks amazing. His workers always cleaned up after themselves and they were always on time.
I only have two complaints from this experience and one is there are a few areas in the pool that are really rough from over use of acid to expose the pebbles. And second, part of the job is to get the pool up and running with chemicals… my pool was sitting for a week without chemicals and the filters needing to be cleaned. I ended up bringing in my pool guy to do the start up and Salvador agreed to take that portion off my bill.
It has now been over a year and my pool still looks great. I go out to my backyard everyday and I am still amazed at how it looks. Overall I am happy with my experience, but if I had to do it over again I think I would have spent the extra money and went with a different company that uses a better product and techniques. I dont want to discourage anyone from using Salvador because I am very happy with the outcome. Thanks Salvador for taking my backyard from an eyesore to a beautiful place to relax.
